Friends
Fabian will eventually need friends because if he doesn't have any, I'm quiet convinced he'll die. Anyways, he's just moved to America in the beginning of this school year, so as of the moment he doesn't have too many friends. Perhaps he had a penpal that coincidentally went to PCA? That could be fun.
Enemies
There are bound to be people who won't like Fabian, and it'll break his little heart, but such is life. As of right now it's pretty much a clean slate.
Lovers
Fabian rarely has conventional relationships. They're plenty intimate, but they're not physical really. They may kiss a little, hold hands, hug, but that is really the extent. Fabian isn't interested in sex, and I think that's because he's too involved with his music.
All of these are things he eventually needs.
