1. Am i allowed to make a Captain (selfmade not a Canon char)
2. same goes for vice captain ---> Reason : Me and a friend want to join in so he or I can be cap and the other Vice cap 3. Can we train for extra reiatsu ? (read somewhere we need points to attack.) Thats it for now  |

ummm...can you please let me get back to your question, I have to see if all the positions are filled yet, I know there are some spare captain positions, but there are some vice-captains.
But if I do allow you to become a captain...I have a feeling that there will be several complaints by some of the other members... |

I can understand ^^
But i'm no newb RP'er who will f*ck up the position xD And neither is my m8 Its just we want to form a strong team xD Therefore Bankai, therefore Captains xD If you want usnot to have cap's we just make a powerful char Since well my shikai and bankai aren't normal >.< |

Your abnormal Shikai and Bankai wouldn't happen to be invincible or impossible to defeat or something when you say they are abnormal.
We cannot allow you to just jump levels without doing it for the other members too. Try PMing Insanity for his personal and intelligent opinions about this situations, while I still have to write up a list of the captains and vice... |

Its just not a sword xD Very strange ability's seems weak to most ppl And i drain Reiatsu ^^ |
