etiquette means you don't go around attacking other members in anyway. we're not in school, we're not these little cliques that go around attacking the loners because they are alone. we are all a family, and you don't have to love everyone, but you treat everyone like you'd treat yourself. swearing is in this little blurb too, don't drop the f-bomb a lot, okay? derogative terms are not acceptable either, meaning if you like to be a self righteous racist, get out. cereal, i hate it. same with sexuality, we're really open minded okay? you may not like homosexuality, all i say to you is a little thing called tough titty said the kitty when the milk went dry. being rude will get you no where, and i hate it. to other members, to the staff, to guests. being polite means i will i don't know, dance naked to a Christmas carol? yeah, you'd be pretty lucky for me to do that. JOINING & POSTING AN APPLICATION?!

when you join, you join with FIRST MIDDLE AND LAST NAME ALL IN LOWERCASE!!! it is incredibly annoying having to change it, just go over before you press that register button, IT SAVES TIME AND EFFORT. STUDENTS HAVE TO BE FOURTEEN OR HIGHER, sorry but some crazy shit goes down in waltz and i'm pretty sure your eleven year old would be scared. after you sign up, or before it doesn't really matter, YOU RESERVE A CANON. you cannot post an application without reserving, it just creates this huge swamp of a mess, well sometimes... so, after you reserve your canon, you go to the APPLICATION ZONE! forum, and there you will find a template, you use that template, and write your application. yes, you can post an unfinished application, but you have more of a chance to be accepted faster when you post a finished one. why? because sometimes you cannot tell if someone is finished, but we do have a spot where you fill it out. if we pend it, meaning there was something wrong that needed to be fixed, and you are finished, you can PM a staff member or just reply to your topic. LOOK OVER THE FACE CLAIM AND THE CANON LIST BEFORE POSTING!


CHARACTER LIMIT?!

having a thousand characters is not allowed, and we have a gender scale too. four is your limit, no more. if you want more, then you ask a staff member, and we'll look it over. but it's quite hard to manage more, but it is do-able. if we see that you even have three lets say, and some are in-active, we may have to ask you to delete one or so. as for genders, if you make two girls, you must have a boy for your next character. and please, don't just go "delete that girl, i'm making another" deleting takes SO much time, you make a character please keep it. as for two boys and a girl, well i actually will not put my foot down on that one. you can have four boy characters as long as they are active, boys are scarce in the RP world, so i hate to do it, but i'm fine with it.


ROLEPLAYING?!

NO DESCRIPTIVE SEX SCENES! those are gross, i really would not want to see "his quivering member touched her creamy milk thigh." because, you know what? that is icky. PREGNANCY, DEATH, AND SUICIDE. sure, pregnancy happens in everyday life, but there is not going to be a million preggo lobsters around here. you and whatever-member-it-is and their character must both be willing to do it, and you're going to have to give me sort of an idea on how you're going to roleplay it, i personally am really really really strict on this matter, and you must prove to me that you can RP things before it. death of a character? no, you cannot kill your character or someone else. it effects the whole school, and some people would probably not want to RP a depressed person. suicide? once again, no. you also have to be accepted to do roleplaying, or forum games. also, if you only post in the forum games, IM, and letters, that is not allowed. we will take them away until everyone starts role-playing again, it's okay to start off like that, but the whole time? no.

when posting a thread please state in the topic description if it is open or if it is closed. if it is closed, please state who it is with. HOWEVER, when posting you cannot post an unfinished reply, and you cannot claim an open thread by posting a claim. most of the time people do not finish it, and it just is left there to collect dust. if you really want the open thread, why not PM the topic starter and ask them to close it for you?



WORD COUNT?!

god, i hate using the word literate, but we are an intermediate-advanced site. meaning, we use punctuation, spelling, grammar... capitalization? well, typing in all lowercase is fine, but all capitals looks really really angry, so whatever really floats your boat. THREE PARAGRAPHS PER POST, a paragraph= 6-8 sentences. not some measly little three sentence paragraph. if you are constantly doing this, we will notify you and say something. THIS GOES FOR APPLCIATIONS, THE PARAGRAPH THING.


GRAPHICS AND PLOT PAGE?!

you must have a signature and an avatar. and your signature cannot stretch the page. if you do not know where to find an avatar and or signature, we have a graphic forum in our own site, or there is tons of resource sites that you can request one for. that goes for plot pages, i know when you first start out, you are kind of... clueless to things, i've been there. PM a staff member, they will send you on your way with a link.
