Details of Disappearance

Zackary was last seen in York, South Carolina on June 1, 1996. He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Marisa Ann Kirsh. Marisa's photograph and vital statistics are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on August 12, 1996. She and Zackary were seen in South Africa after his abduction, but his current whereabouts are unknown. His case remains unsolved.

Cape Town - A mother has appeared in Cape Town Magistrate's Court on charges of helping to smuggle parts used in manufacturing nuclear weapons from the United States to South Africa.

Marisa Sketo, 46, who sometimes uses the surname Kirsh, allegedly also helped to "export" the nuclear weapon parts illegally from South Africa to Pakistan.
