yeah he's right..
I like the ideas as well, but we're discussing the disarmament of non state entities, and u've not included that in ur resolution.. ur resolution would be great if the topic was "combating terrorism" or something..

You know what? I don't think this makes any sense. You can't disarm a terror Organization beacuse you can't reason or have diplomatic relations with them. Disarmament is destroying their weapons, but the only way to destroy their weapons is to combat them with the army, and what i'm proposing is another way to do that.

Disarmament, in this case, I belive should be something along the likes of battling them and maintaining security.
To quote from the website: "armed groups poses significant challenge for international security"

Could someone maybe tell me how i'm wrong?
