Hair- Red with black streaks.

Body Type- Slightly chubby, but not fat.
Piercings- Right side of bottom lip pierced, 3 holes in ear ear, top of her ear pierced, and has an Industrial piercing in her left ear (a bar through the top of the ear).
Tattoos- Has 'Love' tattooed across her right hand's knuckles and 'Hate' tattooed across the left hand's knuckles.
Personality: Penelope is very independent. She doesn't like to take no for an answer, although she is learning to cope with it. Penelope can be very pleasant at times, but not when she is drunk or doing drugs. Penelope is straight and has had one child. Penelope takes on an 'alter-ego' (so to speak) when she is out on the streets. She becomes ravenous for drugs and downright crazy. Despite all of this, she can be very confident and happy from time to time.

Home town:: Penelope lived in Paris, France with her family from birth to age 15. At age 15, her family moved to New York City, New York and Penelope met Zak Grapbah and that's when the trouble started.

History: Penelope was a very happy child growing up. She loved to go to school, play games with the neighborhood children, and reading. She and her family lived in Paris, France. It was perfect.

Her mother worked in a bakery and her father worked in a large bank. Penelope got good grades in school and had many friends. She and her sister never fought; they loved each other.

One day, when Penelope was 15, she came home from school to find out that her family was moving to New York City, New York because her dad had been offered to be the President of the new bank that his work was setting up in New York. Her parents were thrilled and so was her sister, but Penelope was not. She became instantly depressed and never expressed her hatred of the whole moving situation. Penelope simply kept it bottled up inside her and went to her room.

She kept it bottled up for a month while they packed. She didn't say anything when the plane landed in New York City. She didn't even make a sound when the unpacking took place. She resorted to cutting her arms to let out her emotions.

Penelope would go to school and talk to no one then come straight home and sit on the front steps of her house. One day, a guy walked up to her house and talked to her. He offered to listen to what she had to say. Naive Penelope told this guy everything and he listened. He said his name was Zak Grapbah and he was 18.

From then on, Zak and Penelope became insuperable. One day, Zak introduced Penelope to liquor. She trusted Zak and had so much she got drunk. After that incident, Penelope decided no more. Zak pressured her into trying Cigarettes...and after that Pot....and after that Heroin....and after that....it just kept going on.

Penelope was hooked. Hooked big time. She believed anything that Zak told her and would do anything Zak wanted her to if that meant she could get more. Penelope ran away from home with Zak and sold drugs with Zak. Zak got caught by the police while Penelope was waiting inside their car and Penelope took off. She didn't even try to help him, all she cared about now was the drugs.

Penelope continued to take and sell until she was out. She needed more so she started dating Jordan Eris, who was a dealer and a tattoo artist. He gave her her tattoos and more drugs. Once Penelope needed money, she turned him into the police and got a reward without being questioned.

Penelope kept this up, guy after guy, until she was 18. Doing the same thing with a guy named Paul Jeremiah, but this time, she fell in love...with Paul and with a new drug he introduced her to, Crystal Meth. Paul got her pregnant shortly after. When he found out he was going to be a father, he split and took the Meth with him. Penelope was once again devastated and felt deprived...of drugs that is. She couldn't care less about the baby inside her, she just needed the drugs.

Penelope went for days without food, trying to find someone to sell to her. The only problem was Penelope had a reputation now and no one would sell to her. When she threatened a dealer, he threatened her, saying he'd kill her family. Penelope reached out to punch him, but he was faster. He knocked her out and took off. Penelope fell into a coma and someone found her and took her to the hospital.

At the hospital, she woke up after two days and was then put into drug rehabilitation. She stayed and was cured of her addiction. Penelope gave birth to her healthy baby girl who was put into foster care. Penelope refused, but the doctors and the police didn't care. As soon as Penelope was 'cured' she went to jail for the crimes she had committed...and stayed there until she was 19 where she built up quite a temper. She was relocated to Cairbre Ives Academy for an education and even more rehabilitation.

Penelope recently found out that her father is missing and she has a pretty good idea of who did it.
