Write out what characters you're keeping, NPCing, canoning, abandoning, et cetera, as well as what changes to their bio or what events have occurred now that we've put the plot forwards. Here's mine:

Val Leone - Rebel, Keeping, in recovery from dual, currently expanding on his lightsaber ability
Arkus Mexx - Jedi, Tentatively keeping, still coordinating the Jedi
Malakai Solo - Civilian, Keeping, wife is pregnant so he's decided to piss the Jedi off
Annika Tezrian - Sith Military, NPC, she can be KIA if anyone wants the role
Jaa Herzet - Jedi, NPC, MIA presumed KIA with the rest of his squad after Contruum was taken
Naiad Bonds - Sith, Abandoning, he's never been posted with anyway
Rhonyn Rynneco - Sith, Keeping, he's been playing the senate a bit more during Hapan negotiations
Cal Larii - Mercenary, Abandoning, no one RP'd with him anyhow
Larettia Vuu - Bounty Hunter, NPC, she can be a sexy nemesis for someone
Cerbus Terran - Mandalorian, Keeping, he's still making guns and polishing barrels, though he's also hearing rumours

Keeping - Remmi Pask, Ben Raddick
NPC - Yari Golaan
Canon - Dalenos Acib
Abandoning - Everyone else

Re-vamping - Jotun Mel Tresh

Keeping: Quin Se'vas & Zephyr Amidda

NPC: Jemman Vos if he's needed somewhere. :3

Abandoning: Malcolm Kallos, Drew Ridha, and canons Varenska Arman and Kale Tyrnith
