We are still not accepting applications, but for those of you joining besides this fact, one character per account. I will let all of you know when we are taking applications. Mua'Dib's found our boards again xD <3 so we're just waiting for those to be done 'cause she's generous like that <33!
Also, everyone except myself [Akala ii] and Mua'dib has been deleted, and registrations are currently closed. We will open them when the site is open. Thanks.

Rules (Updated 1-7-07)
Credits
» Mua'Dib (Dhrelaj) created the board descriptions.
Out of Character --> General
» Respect people, if even at least out of character. This doesn't mean you necessarily have to like them in character. Also respect the administrators and what they say. Cross role-playing will not be tolerated.
» Use a thesaurus and dictionary when you post, as well as a spell-checker. We do not tolerate much wolfspeak, nor do we tolerate leetspeak. Only out of character will we tolerate a slight bit of chatspeak. Also, all in character posts need to be a minimum of three decent paragraphs.
» Impersonating will absolutely not be tolerated and you will be banned immediately after being caught.
Out of Character --> Joining the Site
» One character per account please. Your account name should not contain special characters unless it is specially called for, and should be your character's name. If you want more than one character, make more than one account.
» Profiles should only be your character's name and nothing else. Anything else will be deleted immediately.
» No character may be on this site and another one. Choose either them or us. In reality, wolves are only in one pack, and that's the way we expect it to be. The only exception is joining the site as an "Allied" character, but the Alpha/s of the site must approve this.
» All in character posts, including applications posted in the Joining section, must be in the third person only.
» When posting an application, only the creator of the thread and administrators are to respond to threads. If you have something you want to say in response to an application or profile, private message the person.
» Make sure you use a valid email address, or else you will not be able to validate your account. Be sure to check your junk/bulk mail for the validation code, as well as your inbox. Unvalidated accounts are deleted 14 days after registration.
In Character --> General
» God moding and power playing are strictly forbidden. God moding is auto-hitting, and making impossible moves and such, while power playing is controlling someone's character which is not your own. This will be overlooked however, if both parties state that this is acceptable behavior.
» No elements, wings, powers, odd coloration or other unrealistic features will be permitted. This is a realism-based site, not fantasy or elemental.
» Your wolf may not be an albino wolf unless approved by the site owner only.
» We do not tolerate rebirths, revivals, "oh my wolf never really died because...", et cetera. We keep track of what wolves have died on this site. Yes, we do. Don't try this with us.
In Character --> Mating & Pups
» Pregnant females must play out their pregnancy before giving birth (see the statistics for breeding/birthing info).
» Newborns must post once at their mother's birthing post before they can age to pups.
» Wolves don't necessarily have to be mates to have pups. Force breeding is permitted, however females may fight back and you must get the other person's out of character permission first.
» To remain within the realism factor, once your character is pregnant, one of you must message an administrator, whom will give you and the person your wolf is having pups with your pups' statistics (number, genders, colors). You may request a certian number, certain numbers or colors if you'd like, but there's no guarentee.
» Wolves under 3 years of age, whom have at least one parent on this site, may be betrothed. It is a crime and punishable by pack law for a betrothed wolf to either 1) choose another mate or 2) mate with a wolf whom is not his or her betrothed mate.
In Character --> Fighting
» The maximum amount of times you may fully dodge in a fight is one only. Any more will not be permitted. Remember, defensives reset each post.
» In battles only, please post in the order in which the battle was started and do not fall out of that order. Any other post doesn't matter too much.
» If you fail to state if your opponent's attack hit or missed, the other person has the right to choose for you.
» Fights that last more than a week will be ended and judged by an admin.
In Character --> Hierarchy & Ranked Heirs
» "Lead" ranks may promote their equal lower ranks. Example: Lead Warriors may promote subordinate wolves to Warrior, and may also demote them back to subordinate.
» Ranked "Heirs" may be fought for by other youths of their own age (this prevents a pup being overthrown by an adult wolf). Ranked "Heirs" must be submitted to by the lower youths only. This may be done only with the permission of the adult rank holder.
» If the adult rank is overthrown in a rank fight, the new wolf to hold the rank may choose his or her own successor. This means that whomever was chosen to be the previous rank holder's heir will be demoted back to Subordinate.
» Ranked "Heirs" are limited to one male and one female per rank.
» Ranked "Heirs" are usually hand-picked by their adult ranks. Exmaple: Beta Male may choose his successor (the next Beta Male when he retires). The one exception is the Alpha Heir, whom will be the sole wolf (or mated pair) to take over as Alpha once the current ones retire.
» Ranks may be challenged. See Permissions for more information.
» All ranks, with the exception of the Alpha pair, are not mated.
In Character --> Joining the Pack
» If you want to be a true member of Orange Leaf Pack your character will participate in a joining fight if he or she is one year of age or over.
» The joining fight will take place between two lone wolves or the lone wolf and another willing member. If your wolf wins, your wolf is granted entry as a member. If your wolf loses, he or she will be killed, exiled, or run off, but permitted to try again at a later date.
» Do not have your character come in immediately as so injured they can't fight. Being so injured that they cannot fight is no excuse, and it will not fly.
» If too many pups join at one time, pups may be required to also partake in a joining fight against other pups.
» The only wolves allowed to waver the mandatory joining fight rule is the Alpha pair.
