The ranking system for Vampire's is very important if you plan to try and have one to roleplay. Starting from the highest to the lowest. Eventually they will be either more or some will be taken away so keep watch. I will however put it up on the news if anything changes so dont worry to much. But these are important they will explain what you do not know about our vampires and how everything goes.
Master Of The City  A master of the city is just what is says. A master of a City. There is only one of these allowed in each city. Relationships or not there is still just one. The master of the city makes sure no rouge vampire's enter the city and start killing people. He or she keeps the peace within the terrotory and will figure out punishments if his or her rules are broken. Some punishments could end up being death. He also keeps the peace leved between the vampires in which belong to him. The Master of the City also accepts or denies other vampires a home in his or her city. It is best to search out the master, such as a telepathic call before you decide to feed or really even linger for more than a few hours. A master of The city his or herself has a certain amount of power over those he or she protects, he will know when or if another is in danger, though a blood bond or blood exchange with enhance this and make a more solid bond betweent he two, it is also a thing used if one is lesser, or the master dosnt really trust. It gives him or her a power over that individual that will not allow that certain vampire to disobey them. The master of the city also has the most power of all his following vampires. They will also most likely have an animal to call, which is calling a certain species of shape shifters. ---------- Second In Command  The second in Command is either the second most powerful or the most trusted. Most of the times it is both, but it can be one or the other. The Second in Command is basicly the Master Of The City's right hand man, or woman. This vampire only listens to the orders given by the cities master, he does not have to listen to anyone else, but he does still have to respect the orders of his or her leader. When the Master Of The city is away or unavalable The second in comman is the next one to seek. He or she, also keeps the peace in the city from other vampires or within the clan itself. Some of the time he will be the one to actually do the punishments, but not all the time. ---------- Master Vampire  A master Vampire is lesser than a second in comman. The master part is only because he or she has reached the limit of his or her power. This means that they are very powerful but not more than the cities master. It also means that they will gain not further powers. A Master Vampire can possibly have the ability to have an Animal to call. But not always. You can be a master vampire without it, but you will be seen as slightly lesser than those who actually have an animal to call. Aslo a Master vampire will most likely be over three or four hundred years old. Though once a vampire reach 1000, the power trips stop and if your not a master vampire by then you never will be. This also will not be given away lightly. ---------- Vampire  -Female -MaleThis is pretty normal for all. Most vampire's go through this before they possibly gain power and head up a rank to a master vampire. But they do not always gain power. Most vampires here are at least fifty and older. This is when they have experience of being a vampire without trouble. a normal vampire has very little power. Mostly just telepathy and being able to read peoples thoughts. They can gain one or two more powers but if they do not gain stronger ones or more, then this is what they will remain. ---------- Fledgling  These are the cities baby vampires. They are the young ones, the ones that are new at being a vampire. They will remain this untill at least they are fifty or sometimes over. A Fledgling is also the offspring of another vampire, like a human being made into a vampire by a vampire. That vampire who made a new one has now got a fledgling. Get it? But beside that, this is what young vampire's are called by the older ones, sometimes. These vampire's are new to it all, having to be schooled by the older ones to really get along and watched or else they could possibly think its to much and kill themselves or something stupid. They also tend to get into trouble because they dont know better, which is another reason why others have to keep an eye on them. But anyways, these are the youngsters or baby vampire's. ---------- Human Servant  Human servants are rather rare for any vampire. From Master of the City to a Master vampire. For one a human servant has to be choosen carefully, and you have to have enough power to keep yourself alive as well as them. For a human servant slightly shares the power of his or her master (vampire). Once a human servant has bee choosen, or rather a human has been choosen then there are steps to go through before that person is actually a servant. Some exchange of blood, and power, which is rather diffucult, giving the reason why a human servant is rare. The bond between master and servant is very strong. So strong that with the death of either one could possibly kill the other. When they share power upon the fourth mark (which will be explained very soon) it creates a bond between the two that makes it so they actually share a life force. A master will always know where his servant is or if he or she is in trouble. Same goes for the Servant towards the master. A master usually dosnt feed off of his or her servant because they are to precious towards them to do so. But it can be done. More about a human servant will be put up later on. Also a Human servant can possibly be a Shapeshifter. Considering we have no humans being rped if a human servant is choosen by a Master vampire or up. Also, once the fourth mark takes affect, that human will, as said, share his or her masters life force, this also means that they will then not age and live as long as his or her master. A human servant almost always dies if their master is killed, but it is possible for the vampire to live. So upon the fourth mark the human gains immortality. But beware, they can be killed. ----------- Pomme De Sang  Pomme De Sang means, Apple of Blood, or close to it. What a Pomme De sang is in the Vampire world is a willing blood donor. A Pomme De Sang is almost always a shape shifter, considering they heal faster than a human and can take a lot more pain and feel perfectly fine in only a few moments time. A Pomme De Sang is in no way similar to a Human Servant. While a Human servant is a vampire’s day eyes, a Pomme De Sang is only food. A Pomme De Sang is mainly used when the vampire awakens for the night, something to sustain them till they can get something else. A shape shifters blood is far more powerful than a humans, giving Vampire’s a reason to like it far better than a humans in the first place. A Pomme De Sang is important in many different ways. Another use for them is a peace offering between a visiting city master. For a Master would rather see the feeding than let him or her kill his humans in his city. But doing this is also saying he trusts that visiting master, and there is a possibility of the Pomme De Sang being damaged or hurt. Because you cannot have another Master in your territory and not feed them. Instead of letting them kill humans, which could die, a Pomme De Sang can be used. But it also isn’t often a Master would let them stay long enough to even feed. Though in general, a Pomme De Sang is a willing donor, and either finds the pain pleasurable, or has the vampire he or she feeds make it feel pleasurable. ---------- Animal to Call  An animal to call is a power a master vampire and above can gain. The power itself is calling a shape shifter for assistance. The problem is, is that a shifter his or herself must come when they are called. They cannot disobey once the kind of animal the vampire’s power chooses is chosen. A vampire hardly uses this power but if they do it means they need help, or some sort of it. This is one reason shape shifters are so valuable to Vampire’s, because they can be used to protect. They are mostly used to protect the resting place of the vampire. When a master of the city goes into battle with another who threatens his or her clan or coven, if the Shifters are present it is them who could be taken out first, so they cant help when the master of the city is weakened. An animal to call can also do their bidding with what ever they choose. But it isn’t often a vampire will give his or her animal to call bad tasks. Usually there is one main shifter that is called that has to do with what animal the vampire’s power had chosen. But if that shifter is truly unavailable then another in the same family can be used. Like if Gregory is a leopard and he is the vampire’s main animal and he cannot be reached (telepathically) then maybe Draven a black panther can be used as his replacement.
