Laboritory Row If you do not know Rizco is known, if at all, for its laboritories. Sucks huh? For some odd reason many shifters have a tendancy to travel far and come here, where it is most dangerous actually in some cases. Some of these Laboritories actually know about shifters and want them to study them, you know, all that horrible stuff. To them Shifters are not human, they are test subjects that can die without much of a care. Somewhere in the center of the city is Laboritory row as most of the people in the city call it. Slum Appartments This is the rather poor side of the whole city. This isnt the best place to be either. Even though the Labs are located here and they have ALOT of money, everything else really dosnt. The apartments are cheep and run down, liveable but not very clean.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
Abandoned Buildings In a certain area of the East side there are a mass of abandoned buildings. They used to be factory buildings before they were bought by the labs and simply abandoned. In a few of the buildings, no so legal things are kept by the labs. Though most of those are carefully locked. Dear god! I am getting better at this layout thing! YAYNESS New layout! Summer layout for Ethereal Dreams! It aint all BLUE either, there is COLOR! OH! and i messed with the stupid forums!!!!! They are DIFFERENT! LOOK! I think now we wont have the huge problem with it Taking forever to freaking scroll ALL the way down - -'. Yeah now its cool. ALSO i added a new place in City Central, take a look. Maybe soon i'll make a whole character list thingy. Then we will tie in how everyone is either related or connected... nah just related lol. yay for Family Tree's!	If you have just joined you will need to read the rules before doing anything else. Spring is over and its going to get HOT. -Weather- Alright since its summer its getting warmer. The nights are still fairly cool, and a day or two now and then is alright, not to hot. But others will either force you inside witht he air, or in a cold pool. Our Reptiles will love it, but shade even for them will be desired. Just as much as they love heat, to much can also kill them. Keep that in mind! But still there are gloomy and cloudy days even in Summer. Lets hear it for the BEACH!
