Here is a list of the different mental illnesses your character can have, as well as the group colours, which you will need to fill out the form.

In order for you to be accepted, you must have read the rules. Hidden somewhere in the rules section is the secret phrase, which will be what you put where it says "secret phrase."

If your character is approved, we'll reply saying so. Your application will be moved into the "accepted" forum.

If not, we will also reply saying so. Your app will be moved into the "pending" forum.
