Forums For Folks Taking Classes?

Idk how difficult it is to add new forums to this page, but maybe it would be a good idea to have one for ppl in different classes like the Puppy class, FD1, and FD2. That way ppl from the general public who are taking the classes could be encouraged to share their progress and fustrations with each other. It would also keep those ppl coming to the motc web page. Thus, they'd see other classes that were being offered and so on. I know that managing a popular forum can become a headach, so unless there is someone who would like to take on the task it may not be reasonable, but it's just a suggestion!

That's a neat suggestion. I never thought of breaking them up into Puppy, FD1, and FD2. Have you had students interested in it? I would like to get more discussion going here, so any thoughts you have on accomplishing that are quite welcome

I haven't had any students say anything, but when i was a student, I stopped by here, but since there wasn't anything going on and there wasn't a spot specifically for ppl taking classes, I didn't post at all. I didn't want to butt in. I guess if we passed a flyer out at the beggining of classes maybe we'd get a few ppl that would post. I know I like to surf the web and have different groups I check out almost every day.

Hey thanks I do what I can to get people interested in the forums. So glad to see you've found them! Please do encourage your students to come and share stories or if they have questions and need help - we're here!
