oo1; Registration
Please join as your characters First and Last name, with proper capitalization. If you made a mistake, please PM an admin and we'll get it taken care of. You must make a new account if you want another character. We also ask that you post a bio and wait for it to be approved before doing anything.

oo2; Godmoding
"Godmoding can also refer to the case where a player definitively describes the outcome of their own actions against another character or interactive object. For example, if player A states, "A strikes B and B takes damage", they could be considered to be godmoding. Another example of this might be where a character is facing multiple enemies, and they redirect one foe's attack onto another. For example, Player A states, "B misses A completely, and strikes C instead." This form of godmoding is also referred to as "Autoing". Active godmoding can also take the form of controlling characters that belong to someone else."

oo3; Respect
At Lucky You you will respect each and every member of the board. If you don't like someone, suck it up and deal with it. You're not going to get along with everyone you meet in life. The admins have put a lot of time and effort into this board, and we will not hesitate to ban you if you're disrespectful to anyone. This also means no OOC fighting, flaming, or bashing. All three will result in a ban.

oo4; Characters
There's just a few minor things we must address with characters. First off, there will be no perfect characters. Characters MUST be played by a real person. This means no anime or video game characters. You also must claim your name and avatar after you're approved. This site is first come, first serve. So if something is already taken, you're out of luck. We also have a character limit. We ask that no person has more than four characters. If you have more than one character, we ask that you keep each character active.

oo5; Activity
If you join Lucky You we ask that you stay active. This means posting at least twice a week. We aren't asking for a lot. By posting, we mean real, IC post, not talking in the OOC threads.

oo6; Spam
Will be deleted and you'll be warned. Three warns result in a ban. We ask that all OOC chat stays in the OOC threads.

oo7; Mods/Admins
It's really annoying and immature to ask to become a mod/admin. If we're looking for a new staff member, we'll put an announcement out.

oo8; RL Abuse
If you know the person in RL, don't abuse them for something that happened on the board. Not that we'll ever hear about it, but still. If you read the rules, put you go once the lights went black in your bio. Feel free to tease and taunt them til the end of time. That much we're happy with.

oo9; Signatures/Avatars
We require that each member has a signature and avatar. We ask that banners are 500x200 or smaller and avatars are 100x100. Sigs/Avatars MUST be pictures of your character. No exceptions.

o10; Rating
Lucky You is unrated. With that being said, there will be violence, blood, fighting, drug use, sex, etc. There is also a chance of gay/bi/lesbians. If you don't like it, please leave. We wont take it personally. Also, if you're going to have a thread with adult content, put a warning up. If a thread ends up taking a turn in that direction, PM an admin so we can put a warning up. Foul language has a green light. Go nuts with the cuss words if that's what your heart desires.

o11; Posting
We ask that each one of your post consist of at least one paragraphs. A paragraph is four to five good sentences. That isn't a lot, and we hope that we don't have to raise the standard any due to people slacking off. All post must be in English with proper grammar and spelling. You can use other languages, just please have a translation somewhere in your post. (EX: look at Zero Maier's post.)
