| Nikkayla | You drive down the newly asphalt road, the little stones flying slightly as you go. The paddocks on either side of you have a few horses in them, though not many. As you drive nearer end of the drive, you pull into the car park, pulling into an empty space and shutting the engine down. A shiny black Subaru WRX is parked just a few metres away from you. You pass your eyes over the place around you. There is green grass growing, with paths that will lead you from place to place. Off in the distance, you can see a horse grazing, solitary. To your left, as you face the office, you hear a snort. Turning your head, you see a horse perform a perfect flying change, then continue on. He is a big palomino, collected and listening to every command from his rider. Turning your attention away, you let your eyes wander over the massive Indoor Arena. Looking back, you now look at the Office, which seems to invite you inside. You move slowly, looking at the chairs and tables out the front, with a few people sitting and chatting. You push open the door that leads to the Administrative Office, and you are greeted by the woman who sits at the counter. Looking up, she smiles, her eyes lighting up. "Hi there, welcome to Kerrabee. How may I help you?" She asks gently. Well, will you stay? | Welcome to Kerrabee, I do hope you enjoy your stay here. Private Stables There are 4 private stables that are provided, with 10 acres of land each, a stable block, a small arena and a house. Each private land is not for people to claim; they will be given out. |

Top Stables These are the fully sheltered boxes that have their own yards out the back through the door. There are two enormous rack rooms, two large feed rooms and wash bays out the front with metal railing and bailing twine to tie your horse to. |

Shelter Yards Each yard is bigger than a stable by about two metres, but these yards are open to the elements. The yards are separated by high metal railing. At the back is the horses shelter from any sort of wind or rain, and also where the feeder, waterer and storage areas are. There are also two big tack rooms, two feed rooms, but only five washbays. |

Paddock Let your horse have a bit of liberty; set them free here! School horses go in one big paddock together, where stallions must be seperate from other horses and other stallions. |

Indoor Arena This is a full sized, 100 x 100m riding arena. It is secured and indoor, to protect riders from the elements. Down one side is a space before the wall where bleachers are set up, and space for horses to be tired if necessary. Also, down the end is where the jump wings and poles are stored. They should be put away after each use unless told to leave them out. Enjoy your riding! |

Outdoor Arena This is a standard sized dressage arena, which is used for riding lessons and dressage tests. It has all the required letters, and a metal rail around the outside to provide a little security to those who feel uncomfortable. However, it isn't very high, and the stables are easily seen from this arena. But it is a nice arena to ride in. |

Showjumping Arena This is the largest arena, with the biggest space and permanent jumps, which can be moved and their heights changed. It has no rail around it, but it has flood-lights around it to light it up in the dark. The top stables are right above it, just up the slope from this arena. There are also different sized jump wings avaliable, which can be changed when necessary. This arena is used for showjumping trials and lessons alike. |

Round Ring A standard sized round ring, with high metal railing with black rubber covering it right up the sides. The ground is the same kind of covering as the dirt inside the arena, providing soft tread for the horses. There are two of these round rings, one next to the indoor arena and one up the side next to the shelter yards. |

Trails - Cross Country Course There are three different trails; one leads up through the paddocks, winding through the paddocks and everywhere on the Kerrabee property. The second is the full cross country course, each jump either natrual or man-made and differing in size for depending upon levels. The third is a trail through the pine forest, and along the Murrumbidgee River. The cross country course is also used in lessons for those learning how to jump outdoors, with speed, and it is used in competitions. |

The Lodge Here is the Kerrabee Lodge, built by Lyssa before she left. It is a massive building, with room for around 200 people to live. Each room has its own mini kitchen, a bathroom and a place to lounge and sleep. On the bottom floor, there is a large lounge room with lots of comfy sofas for people to rest on. There is a large kitchen, and a large dining around. There is also a games room off to the side with different games. Out the back is a large barbeque area, with a swimming pool and spa. |

Vet This is the place where you will bring sick or injured animals, and one of the vets will take care of your and your animals. Be patient and wait; everything will be good within time. |

Farrier If your horse needs shoeing, or his feet need clipping, this is where you would bring you horse to be fixed up. |

Tack Shop This is the tack shop; they offer everything that you would require to own a horse, from the weirdest shaped bits to the finest saddles in the world. |

Diner This is Kerrabee's diner, where you could come if you wanted to eat a nice dinner, but not too formal. The food is good and there is plenty of space for quite a number of people. |

the Cafe The Cafe is a lot more formal than the diner, and is also in town, which is around half an hour away from Kerrabee. In beautiful scenery, the food is delicious and the drinks even better. There is also a dancing area, and a karaoke lounge for people who enjoy singing. (Young adults have to be 18 to be able to order alcoholic drinks.) |

Apartments These apartments are way out the back of Kerrabee, which requires either a car or a bike to get there. There are 20 availiable. Each apartment has a lounge room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and another small room for whatever the people decide they want. Also, each room has a balcony. |
