The Battle for Alcatraz is over, and the world is attempting to heal. President McKinley is promoting a vision in which all people, human and mutant, are united. But not everyone supports this vision. When Senator Graydon Creed announces his bid for the upcoming Presidential election on an anti-mutant platform, the mutant world knows that their supply of peace is running out.
One hundred years in the future, peace is a thing of the past. When Lucas Bishop stumbles across an injured mutant named Cyclops and a portal ripped in time, he concocts a plan to go back and stop the mutant-human war that started with Creed’s bid for presidency before it has a chance to fester.

Alkali Lake Once a beautiful lake, this has been flooded since the dam burst years ago. When the Phoenix emerged from the water of Alkali Lake, she ripped open a portal, through which she sent Scott Summers. Upon her death, this portal was left unsealed.
