Dante’s fingers skimmed the small of Nadine’s back and she felt the warmth of his skin heat up her entire body. She could feel every contour of his hard body against her softer one and for a few minutes she managed to forget all about Nikolas.
Dante’s cheek was pressed against hers and every few minutes he would make a joke and whisper it to her, just to calm her nerves. Under his touch she immediately relaxed and steadied her breathing so it was in line with his.
