Play Time!

[Clawblade]

Tailmon was a playful soul. He walked into Toy Country and looked for some toys to play with. He saw lots and lots of furry teddies, balloons floating up to the sky and he wished he could have one of them.

And he began chasing a balloon that was beginning to float away. He chased and chased until he ran out of breath and the balloon floated up to the sky. He collasped to the ground and sat there, panting heavily while rubbing his forehead with his left arm.

A pair of Toy Agumon not far away watched the Digimon playing. How'd he get here? they both wondered. When he collapsed, one of the Toy Agumon started laughing, but the other gave his companion a shamed look then turned back to Tailmon, a smile on his face.

"Hey, what're you doing here? We haven't seen you around."

[Clawblade]

"And I haven't seen you before. Never mind that, are you one of the members here?" Tailmon said, his tail waving in the wind, and his hand raised to wave at them. He got up, and dusted the dust from his fur. "It's really, really windy here...I can't even get a balloon for myself now..." He said to himself.

[MatrixTamer]

"Members...? We live here, if that's what you mean," the Toy Agumon answered. At Tailmon's comment about the balloon, he just chuckled. "Well, what d'you expect? We are floating in the sky, where wind usually is."

[Clawblade]

"Of course I know we're floating, but...never mind." Tailmon said, a little disappointed that he couldn't get a balloon for himself. "Well then, could you show me around?" he asked the ToyAgumon while looking around and enjoying the wind that blew past.

[MatrixTamer]

"Sure," the Toy Agumon said, though he didn't know why. He looked around. This amusement park, as it seemed to be, was a large place. He didn't know where to start. "Um..."

Then, his companion got an idea. "Would you like to see the rides? They're really fun, we can go on one if you like!"

[Clawblade]

Tailmon punched the air in happiness. "All right! Rides!" His eyes glowed with happiness at the thought of fun rides. "Let's go! I wanna try all the rides at least twice!" He was so happy, he literally jumped for joy. He even tried to hug one of the ToyAgumon.

[MatrixTamer]

The Toy Agumon backed up when he saw Tailmon going to hug him. "Hey, don't get too excited; you can thank us later. Besides, the rides get kinda boring after you've been here awhile."

"Well, come on, then," said the other, leading the way toward the nearest ride, a miniature train. "This ride will take us to the other end of the park, where we'll start." He and his companion climbed on, then turned to Tailmon and waited for him to do the same.

[Clawblade]

Tailmon climbed onto the ride, heart beating with excitement. "This'll be fun...the best time of my life...! Thanks you guys...! I'm really grateful."

[MatrixTamer]

"Yeah, yeah," the Toy Agumon said dismissively. "Just hang on."

The train ride started at a rather slow pace. Walking would have been faster, but they stayed on just to save energy. Also, it was a good speed to speculate the rides at.

[Clawblade]

OOC: Speculate?

[MatrixTamer]

OOC: It means to wonder about something without knowing all the facts about it. Basically, to predict.

[Clawblade]

OOC: Thanks.

Tailmon looked out of the window, looking at the scenery as they craweled past. He tail waving, he thought that some of the ride looked intersting; some more boring.

He turned to the ToyAgumon, and said, "Can this train be slower? At the speed it's going now, there's not enough time to take in all the attarctions." He grinned.

[MatrixTamer]

The Toy Agumon looked at him. "What, are you trying to be sarcastic? It's slow enough already. Not that it matters, we're nearing the end."

Just as he'd said, it wasn't a minute more before the train had stopped to let them off. The two Toy Agumon hopped off quickly and then waited for Tailmon, asking, "So, which ride do you want to experience first?"

[Clawblade]

Tailmon hopped down, and said, slightly annoyed, "I'm not trying to be sarcastic, I was telling the truth."

He looked around and said, happily, "Well...I wanna try the most exiting, exhalirating, experience of a lifetime......" And he went into a ramble of ex-es before stopping, gasping for breath. "So...do you have those kind of rides?"
