Trying to relax

Guilmon leaned back against a tree and relaxed. She tried to get the many noises of other Digimon out of her mind. But alas, the noises couldn't be filtered out. She wanted to be alone! She wanted it to be quiet! She had been planning to leave the forest for a while, but yet, decided to leave it for later. But it was time like this, the times the noises and activity was the loudest, that made her regret not leaving the day before.

She sighed. She shut her eyes in hope to always shut out the noise. She continued to relax as much as she could, so she slumped over slightly and continued to sit.

OOC: I'll get to you shortly; Wizarmon and Candmon are gonna come this way, I think, so your Digimon can get involved in their plot.

"Umph!"

Wizarmon landed on the ground ungracefully; he had fllen flat on his face. His treasured hat rolled into the dirt. Wizarmon slowly got up and looked around. This couldn't have been Red Ruby Rocks! No red... no ruby... and only a few rocks! Was Candmon here? He looked around once more, too shaken to see the young Guilmon near him.

"Candmon? Hello? Where... where the hell am I? Or, we, as the case may be...."

"Wizarmon-sama! Here I am!" Candmon shouted, popping his head out from behind a tree. He bounced up and down excitedly. "Come on! We must be near the Rocks!" Obviously, he hadn't realized the teleportation had gone wrong and, before Wizarmon had a chance to tell him this, he was hurrying off through the woods, not really paying attention to where he was going.

Wizarmon jumped (or as well as he could while on sitting on the ground) in suprise when Candmon re-appeared. He watched the digimon blissfully bouncing, unaware that they were in quite the wrong place. He smiled though, gratified his young companion was happy.

As Wizarmon got his hat, his companion suddenly leaped of into the possibly dangerous woods. Wizarmon supressed a sweat-drop. He got up and used his magic to 'levitate' after his young friend.

Though Wizarmon tried to follow, Candmon was moving too quickly, hopping about without any idea of where he was going. Normally when one does that one gets lost, and this time was no different. It wasn't long before the young Digimon had come to a clearing with no idea how to go back.

"Come on, Wizarmon-sama! ...Wizarmon-sama? Wizarmon-sama!?" he cried when he realized his leader had fallen behind. Hopping around the edge of the clearing, he continued to call, but in vain. "WIZARMON-SAMA!!"

"Lost, are we?"

The voice came from behind. Candmon turned around to see a figure looming above him. How had he not seen it? He must have been too busy calling for Wizarmon...

"Yes! I'm lost, and Wizarmon-sama is nowhere in sight! Can you help me?" he pleaded.

"Ha ha... VENOM INFUSE!!"

Wizarmon stopped a ways back, panting. Candmon had been too fast for him. He was sure candmon would be safe until he got there. But... what if he wasn't? With this new thought in mind, Wizarmon attempted to slowly go through the innumerable trees.

He realized, shortly after, he was lost. Then he faintly heard a voice calling his name. He headed in the direction, the name getting louder and louder. He reached a clearing, and saw candmon there. Then his heart almost stopped.

"VENOM INFUSE!!"

There was nothing he could do.

Wizarmon was too late. Before he had a chance to do anything, Candmon's data had been scanned and a glowing Digitama ascended into the sky. But Wizarmon had worse things to worry about. Now he and Venom Vamdemon were alone, and the Digimon's hunger for data might not be satisfied...

((Sorry for not replying. I was gone for a little ^^)

Guilmon shut her eyes tighter as the two Digimon spoke only so far away. More noise! She was relieved as they left, but was still able to hear their yelling. She ignored it until she heard the faint;

"WIZARMON-SAMA!!"

Guilmon stood up. The Candlmon was probably in trouble, as well as the Wizardmon. She tried to shake the idea of going into the woods out of her mind. But alas, she couldn't help but be just slightly worried.

"Oh! I'll regret this in a minute!" Guilmon though out loud. She then dashed out and into the woods and toward the yelling. She ran quickly and steadily. She hadn't been running for long when she heard another yell.

"VENOM INFUSE!!"

She ran faster at the sound of the noise. The sound was still far away, but at the pace she was going she would get there in a few minutes or less.

"Dear digi-god...."

Right in front of his eyes, Wizarmon's favorite companion, had been deleted. And he did nothing. Nothing to stop it. Hate filled every nook and cranny of his body. But what could he do? An Adlt digimon, powerful though at times he was, couldn't stand a chance against the Uber-Ultimate digimon.

He sighed, and calmed a bit. He began acting a bit too aloof, taking off his hat and praying for Candmon's digi-egg. He sighed, put his hat back on, and faced his possible deletion.

"Even if you're an undefeatable monster... I shall try to avenge my friend. But before more carnage, I must ask you one thing... why?

The cruel Digimon didn't laugh, nor did he shout out a response. Instead, he pause. And smiled. Then:

"What else should I do? It's my job to kill, and scan the data of every Digimon I meet. That's who I am. It's my destiny. I am the first of the five, the Dark Hosts, re-incarnations of the Dark Lord Arkadimon. I will destroy this world. And now... it's your turn."

He paused, took time to concentrate energy for his next technique to destroy Wizarmon, then shouted, "VENOM INFUSE!!"

Guilmon finally saw what she was looking for. Her eyes widened at the scene. A Wizardmon, a Digiegg and another Digimon. It was just as she had feared, the Candmon had been deleted. Nervously, she took a step back. There was nothing she could do against an Ultimate.

"How sad, a life only meant to destroy those of others."

Before Wizarmon could say anything els,e he found himself face to face with the 'Dark Host's' attack. He tried to dodge out of the way, but the attack hit his right arm and hand pretty hard, nearly deleting it. He looked at his hand, and gasped. He began to wonder if he'd see Candmon sooner then he'd thought.

Guilmon growled to herself. She had to help, she couldn't just stand and watch. But yet, something nagged at her, 'don't do it!' it told her. She tried to shake the resistance out of her mind. Finally, she charged forward. "Rock Breaker!" She roared, slashing her claws at the Digimon with all the strength she could muster.
