To make things easier for everyone, it is very important that you create a signature and a bio for your wolf. Here's the breakdown:


Signatures:

To create a signature, you must go to your Profile, which you can reach by clicking on My Controls up near the top of the page, right next to your Inbox. From there, "Edit Signature" will be an option under the Personal Profile menu. This is where you may edit the text that will show up at the bottom of each of your posts.

There is certain information that we require you to include in your signature. This information is as follows:

Name:
Age:
Gender:
Rank: [[ include the pack you hold ranking in, such as "Hunter of Fidelire" or "Beta of Relonte" ]]
Mate:
Pups: [[ either adopted or by blood ]]

You may also add a personal quote or any other additional information. Images are allowed, but they must be small (e.g. 100x50). If your image is too large, you will be asked to resize or remove it.



Wolf Bios:

Wolf bios are something that you post OOC as a profile for your wolf character. It is recommended that you post some kind of bio when joining, and it is required that you post a bio when accepted into a pack. When you join a pack, all bios must go in the Wolf Bios sub-forum of the Border. There is a template for your wolf's bio in these sub-forums, but I will also post it here. It is extremely important to include all information.

NOTE: Please remember that bios are posted OOC. Therefore, while any player may know your bio, the player's character will be ignorant until she or he interacts with your character. Personalities can sometimes be misinterpreted, and histories must be explained. Also, if an admin or accepting alpha finds you bio to be too short or lacking in information, they may request you to lengthen or clarify it. Please oblige.

Rank: (Rank within Pack. Please remember to update if necessary)

Personality: (Same as description.)

History: (As long as possible without waffling on, and please do not finish a short history with; "The rest is never said." This is not what your character says to others, but what actually happened. NOTE: If at all possible, please try to avoid histories that are overly horrific...Not all wolves have awful pasts. At least 300 words, please.)
