Has anyone been watching season two of The Tudors? It's over tomorrow night and I'm actually going to be sad because it's improved SO MUCH since the first season. I mean, it's still very hit-or-miss with the history and JRM is still badly miscast, but the overall writing and acting has gotten so much better. The biggest surprise? Natalie Dormer. She has been knocking it out of the park all season and I'm truly going to be sorry to see Anne lose her head.

I've read season three will be divided between Jane Seymour and Anne of Cleves. I'm already bored to tears with Jane (which is one accurate historical aspect) but I'm looking forward to Anne of Cleves, who is my favorite Henry wife. Also, Cromwell gets his comeuppance then and even though James Frain has been awesome this season, I can't wait to see him get it.

Also, I'm thinking about checking out the new USA series In Plain Sight, starring Mary McCormack. It debuts tomorrow night. Anyone else going to watch?

Thanks for the reminder, Annie. I had completely forgotten about "The Tudors", which is awful since I love JRM. I'll have to rent it when it gets to Netflix. Glad to hear it's better!

I am three episodes away from finishing the first season of Brothers and Sisters and I love it! I go back and forth over which Walker is my favorite but I have real soft spots for Nora, Kitty and Tommy*, while I'm generally least interested in Sarah, Justin and Kevin. Oh, and I love Rebecca, even though she's quite the little schemer. I also love Saul. Can't stand Holly and think she gets away with way too much.

The show started out a little slow for me but got a big injection of energy when the always delicious Rob Lowe showed up. I don't care if he does grope his nannies; I'd still hit it. I also love that Kevin attracts these rindiculously hot guys, even though I don't really get why. Still, Jason Lewis and Eric Winter? YUM.

Anyway, I'm going to finish up season one today, then get started on season two this weekend. Does anyone else watch?

*I have to confess that even though Tommy isn't the most exciting of the Walker clan, I'm partial to him because I once spent a night (platonically) with Balthazar Getty. TRUFAX.

I have never seen it, Annie, but a good dose of Rob Lowe does sweeten the pot ... but most of all i'm interested in 1) details of your platonic night with Balthazar Getty and 2) why it was only platonic?

So, I was going to do a big enabling post about Mad Men earlier this week but real life got in the way and season 2 premieres tonight, so. Yeah, kind of too late now. Heh. But if you've seen season 1, don't forget to watch the premiere tonight at 10 pm on AMC! And if you haven't, DVR the premiere, get the S1 DVDs and get caught up because this show is amazing.

Man, i got all excited about the S.2 premiere, even though i haven't seen S.1 yet, and then? We don't get AMC.

Please tell me I'm not the only one watching America's Greatest Dog. I could do without most of the owners, but omg doggies!!! The only two humans I like so far are Star's owner and Presley's owner.

Anyone going to watch the new cycle of ANTM? Because the contestants have been unveiled. Elina and McKey are stunning, and I also have to root for Lauren Brie because she's a VA girl, even if she is named after cheese. Also, Isis is reportedly transgender. Cool.

I love how ANTM is having a transgendered model. I mean, they make fun of the girls for looking like dude's anyway...but, seriously, good for them for being progressive!
