"December 15... This is a special day in Epica history. Not only is this day on which Epica founder & mastermind Mark Jansen celebrates his birthday, it is also the day on which the members of Epica got their act together for their first gig ever. Exactly 5 years ago Epica was invited to play in the 013 venue as a support act for the band Anathema. 5 years later they’ve grown twenty times as big and now Epica is able to give a sold-out show in that very same venue!
