Nemo and I have just instated a new policy to be sure all members are staying active. Every once in a while, probably on a monthly basis, we'll be going through all the members and deleting inactive ones. If your character's name is on the list, you're at risk of being deleted.

As of right now, it's fairly easy to have your character not deleted because we have so few members, but it takes a little work on your part. If your name is on the list, please reply in this topic or send a PM to an admin. The name of the admins and their characters can be found on the sidebar under staff.

A mass e-mail will be sent out and PMs will be sent to members at risk of having their characters deleted. We're doing everything in our power to make sure your character isn't deleted when you'd still like to remain a member.

After the e-mails and PMs have been sent, you will have one week to notify one of the admins of your activity. If you're going to be away for any amount of time or if real life is getting in the way of your being online, please post in the absences thread, which can be found here. Note that if your character is on the list, simply posting in that forum won't get you off of it, but will avoid being placed on it in the future until you've announced that you're available once again.

Just to add:

If, for whatever reason, you no longer have the time nor the interest to carry on playing a specific character [canon or original] reply to this thread and request to have him/her/them deleted. It'll help us to keep our clean up of the site organized if we can clear up all inactive characters at once. This is extremely important for you to do if you currently feel burdened by a canon character - someone else may want to a chance to play him/her.
