You're Invited to DOA

Ninlil didn't expect the use of explosives, not yet at least, so she wasn't prepared to hear the explosion. After the somersault she looked around only to realize the size of the hole in the wall. She knew that the noise must have been detected and she regreted it.

As Ninlil heard a familiar slightly metallic sound she looked back only to realize that the patrol bot headed in their direction. She tried to evade it but it wasn't necessary. For some reason it seemed like the bot only wanted to capture Gabbi. Why? Ninlil had no idea.

Ninlil grabbed the knife and used it to cut the wires connecting the claw to the bot's body. The claws opened as Ninlil did so. However the bot didn't stop and in fact another sound came from it, and suddenly it started to shot using some sort of gatling gun. For the girls good fortune, it wasn't too accurate. However it was noisy and quite destructive. Ninlil leapt from one side to a nearby wall and ran along it jumping just behind the bot. As it tried to turn around she used her knife to jam the gun. A cloud of smoke formed thereafter as the bot's movements became less evident until it stopped completely. Ninlil retrieved her knife as she walked where Gabbi was.

"Here's your knife, miss Gabbi" she said handing it over to Gabbi.

Immediately some human and mechanical sounds could be heard coming from the door Gabbi just destroyed a while ago.

"We must hide somewhere, right away"

Gabbi rolled to her side, making sure the bot didn't land on her. She took a deep breath before getting to her feet. She dusted her pants off before pushing a few strands of hair behind her ears. She looked down at the bot. It wasn't moving. Most of the wires were cut.

"Thanks," Gabbi replied as she grabbed the knife and sheathed it against her calf again. "Is everyone alright?" She asked before looking at Ninlil and Faith.

Faith nodded.

"Good," Gabbi soon heard footsteps. Her eyes widened as she looked around.

"Right," Gabbi said as she tried to think of a place. She would have suggested the beams again but the beams in the room were much lower. "Through the hole," she said as she rushed through. It was much warmer than the other hallway. Gabbi continued running down the long hallway. She was able to see a door at the end of the hallway. Suddenly, she felt tripped over an uneven part of the hard floor below them. She stumbled but quickly regained herself.

As she neared the door, she made herself slide, stopping close to the door. She gripped the handle and turned it before pushing it open. She was surprised that it was unlocked. As she made her way through the door, she noticed that it lead to a small hallway with another door on the other end. Boards of wood were piled on the right side of the hallway with a box of nails beside them aswell as other tools. Were they rebuilding?

Gabbi turned to face the two before grabbing a wooden board. "Shut the door," Gabbi said to Faith as she walked over.

Faith shut the door.

Placing the wooden board across the door, the others on the opposite side of the door would be unable to get inside.

Gabbi took a deep breath before turning around. The room was even warmer than the hallway they had just run through. Gabbi loosened her scarf but did not take it off. She walked towards the door on the other side of the hallway. "Locked," Gabbi said not surprised. "This one has a number pad though,"

Ninlil followed Gabbi thought the hole. She knew the guards were following them, however she didn't look back. She just kept running so they wouldn't catch them. She rushed inside the other halway immediately helping Faith and Gabbi to shut the door. then some loud thumps could be heard as the guards on the other side tried to push open the door. But they stopped suddenly.

As ninlil followed Gabbi and faith along the hallway Ninlil noticed as the temperature was noticeable higher that it was in the previous hall, but still it was cold for her.

With no idea what could be the code to open this door they were pretty much stuck in there except id they had more explosives or if Gabbi had some way to get the code.

While Ninlil was analizing the situation then anm explosion could be heard at the other side of the hall. It seemed like the gusard just made the door explode so they could just walk in and look for Gabbi and the other intruders.

"We have no time!...what would we do now!" Ninlil grabbed a couple of marble sized round objects and threw them to the guards at the other side of the hall. They exploded in a red dust cloud. no one of the guards passed yet all were coughing and even barfing, their thoats and eyes bercame red and irritated. However Ninlil knew it won't last forever. she hoped Gabbi would make in time before the cloud disappeared and reinforcements were called.

After she looked at the pad once again, Gabbi searched the wall to see if there were any clues to what the code could be. Nothing could be seen. Nothing unusual. Gabbi touched the wall for a button but found nothing. Her eyes narrowed as she looked back at the pad.

Quickly Gabbi equipped her knife and got into a crouching position. "Watch my back," Gabbi said to Faith before placing the blade of the knife in the back of the pad.

Faith nodded as she stepped infront of Gabbi.

Gabbi pulled off the pad and looked at the wires inside. A normal person may have cut the wires but seeing that that may have disconnected the power to the door, they may not be able to get in. Instead she looked at the chips behind the wires. She looked at where the enter button would have been placed up against. Gabbi was able to see two lines in the chip. One of the lines ran to the top of the chip where the other headed to the left side of the chip towards the door.

Quickly, Gabbi pulled the line heading towards the door with her knife and listened as the door unlocked with a click. Gabbi pulled open the door as she sheathed her knife. "Let's go," she said to Ninlil and Faith.

Immediately after they crossed the door threshold, it shut after a faint click. some yelling and swearing could be herad from the other side. It seemed like if the girls lost the guards, at least for now.

Ninlil looked at a pad similar to the one on the other side, but with a red light in it. Then she lokked at Gabbi and Faith and followed them.

As they moveed deeper inside DOATEC's facility, Ninlil realized that the place was bigger than she thought. Also it seemed like if the security was more organized than at the building in France.

Ninlil knew their enemies knew their presence in the building, so trying to avoid hostile forces would be way more difficult from now on.

Ninlil looked up and saw some tubes running close to the ceiling. She had no idea what was inside them but from time to time some loud "Pshhhhh!" was heard. It seemed like they entered another restricted area, and it seemed to be devoid of people.

"We better be alert, misses. For some reason i think we're not as alone as it seems"

Ninlil looked inside her bag and took some little objects to hide in her pocket.

(OOC: sorry for the short reply, it seems like my brain is dry or something).

Gabbi nodded before she continued forward. They seemed to be getting closer to the main part of the building as it was much warmer than it had been outside. Taking out her cell, Gabbi looked at their location. She was right. They were on the right path.

Placing her cell back in her pocket, Gabbi unzipped her coat and pulled it off of her shoulders. She undid her scarf and placed both scarf and coat on the floor, out of sight. She watched as Faith did the same.

Underneath her coat was not what Gabbi usually wore. Instead she wore a black jumpsuit with a one piece bathing suit outline of grey. Gabbi pulled her boots up before she waited for the others. They should be ready for quick and easy manuvers. The coats would only hold them down.

Gabbi's eyes narrowed as she sensed something. Ninlil was correct. They were not alone. Suddenly, she saw a something appear in the corner of her eye as she came around the corner at the end of the hall they were in.

Kos leaped toward the wall infront of Gabbi before pushing off of it to perform a kick towards Gabbi in the air.

Gabbi dodged the kick before performing a back walk over. After landing she dodged Kos' punch by grabbing the wrist of Kos and elbowing her in the chest. With Kos stunned, Gabbi performed a cart wheel with no hands before flipping Kos onto her stomach. Kos' head smashed off of the ground, knocking her out.

Taking a deep breath, Gabbi looked down at Kos. "That was too easy," she said concerned before getting to her feet. "Be careful," Gabbi turned around and started down the hall Kos had come from and down a set of stairs.

At the bottom of the stairs the hallway opened up to a huge room. The ceiling of the room was very high. Inside the room looked like a mansion. A large set of stairs were in the center of the room which led to a second floor and various doors were along the walls on the floor the girls were on. "Where the hell are you?" Gabbi whispered looking around.

The room was dark. Nothing could really be seen. The only light source was a computer monitor. The light shined against the woman's cloak. She looked at the monitor at Gabbi. A smirk appeared on Cindy's face as she placed her right leg over her left. She lifted an eyebrow as she raced her hand through a few strands of loose hair which had escaped her bun. "Well, well, well," she said. "I thought you would never show,"

Ninlil felt as the teperature was somehwat higher as the got closer to the main part of the building. She followed Gabbi and Faith, looking back frequently just to realize they weren't followed. She was being driven by her own emotions, but at some moment she thought she was becoming paranoid.

As the young ladies changed clothes Ninlil couldn't help but look around. She was unable to see anything alive in the room, nor any camera. But even so she shivered as she felt they were being watched. Ninlil took off her coat. Underneath she was using a robe which covered most of her body and face, except her eyes.

Suddenly and without her expecting it, Ninlil saw Kos appearing out of nowhere. Before she could even try to help Gabbi the battle was over.

Ninlil had no idea if Gabbi was talking to her but she nodded. Even so she bent on Kos motionless body. Ninlil examined her quickly. She was still alive, but seemingly unconscious. She looked up and realized that Gabbi and Faith were well ahead of her. Ninlil got up quickly but as she stepped forward she tripped on something and fell. She wasn't prepared for it so it took a few moments to realize what happened. She was being pulled bu someone who grabbed her ankle. Ninlil's vision was too blurry to realize Who was it....Kos?. She just heard a familiar giggle as the person stopped to pull her.

"So what do we have here?" said a voice. Now it was clear for her. She needed to deal with this now or Gabbi's plan would be ruined (or at least that was what she thought).

The clone looked at Ninlil some what ammused. Her grip tightened around Ninlil's leg as she stared into the girl's eyes. She hissed at Ninlil as she lifted herself into a handstand before pushing forward and landing on her knees and landing on Ninlil's stomach.

Gabbi continued looking around the room, wondering where to go first. It seemed that no one was around. No one taht she could see anyway. The chandeliers above were lit dimly. Shadows were located in the corners throughout the room. "Alright, stay close," Gabbi said as she turned to look at the two girls only to see Faith. "Ninlil?" She asked as she looked around. "Where is she?"

"I don't know, I thought she was right behind me," Faith answered.

"Damn it," Gabbi said as she rushed back the way they had came and back up the stairs.

The clone lifted her hand as she revealed her claws. A smirk appeared on her face as she lifted an eye brow.

Gabbi eqipped one of her pistols and aimed it at the clone. "Die you bitch," she said as she pulled the trigger and shot a bullet through the clone's head. Gabbi watched as Kos' body fell backwards off of Ninlil, a slight smirk still on her face.

"Are you alright?" Faith asked as she rushed over to Ninlil and helped her up.

Ninlil took her eyes away from Kos as soon as she could. She didn't want to look at her.

Ninlil felt as Kos landed on her stomach and as air was pushed out out of her. It was a horrible sensation. Ninlil had no idea what to do, she was scared and resisted to look at her attacker.

In the confussion qand mostly by instinct Ninlil grabbed her knife when suddenly she heard the shot and say Kos falling in front of her. It took a few seconds before she realized what happened.

"I--I think so...thank you two" replied Ninlil not really sure about it, she got up and then looked down and touched her body. It seemed like if she was okay. She looked at Kos' corpse and felt sorry for the clone however it was too late for her.

"I'm so sorry miss Gabbi, i was naïve and i didn't look at the danger before me...we must get back on track" Ninlil said looking downstairs.

She hid her blade again waiting for Gabbi's orders.

"It's alright," Gabbi started before continuing. "Aslong as you are not hurt," Her eyes narrowed as she turned to look at the motionless body of the clone. She took a deep breath before turning and heading back in the direction her and Faith had gone before.

Faith walked beside Ninlil, behind Gabbi. "There is a large room down these stairs, and I mean big. It's like a huge main hall. There are so many doors. Gabbi and I were just trying to figure out which one would lead us to Cindy," Faith explained.

Cindy looked at the monitor at the three girls. "You girls take your time," she joked as she reloaded her assault rifle. The girls would soon enough find out which doors led to the right rooms and which rooms didn't. "This place is like no other building you have broken into, miss Shrine," Cindy said to herself before tightening the black gloves that hid her hands. "This is going to be one fun date,"

ninlil had a few bruises. She was lucky Kos didn't harm her.

"I think i'm okay miss Gabbi, please don't worry."

Ninlil heard at Faith as they went downstairs. The sighting of the huge hall left her speechless. It was almost as large as a hangar. as Faith said there were too many doors. Ninlil anticipated it would take a lot of time to explore the entire place and the more time they took the more likely they would be captured or killed.

The options before the females were almost endless. Ninlil scratched her head looking for an answer, but she was still a bit confused after what happened with Kos.

The place looked empty tho as most of the building did. And once again ninlil felt they were being observed.
