! means that this character is usually a well desired canon character
and therefore, it will take two admins to accept anyone who applies for this character.
these characters will go to the best applicant
but after the character has been taken, then it's gone.
it will only be up for grabs again if the person goes inactive or if it's dropped.
while its still not taken, reservations are useless other than it
being a way of you stating that you are planning to apply for said character.
which you can do with anyone just by posting your unfinished app in the pending board.



there are not a great amount of things that we need to go over here. we
only have a few simple rules revolving around this amazing canon
list (ha). for one, you must play fair. this means that there will be no
fighting over characters. if someone has reserved a character, they
reserve it - first come, first serve. it's too bad that you didn't reserve
them quicker, and we're sorry that you didn't get to play who you
initially wanted to. but, look at it this way: there are so many characters
to choose from (we made sure of this), and you'll most likely find a
character just as great to play. everything on the canon lists is
permanent. sign up with a first middle and last name in lowercase.
reservations for 72 hours. to the minute! to reserve reply in code. if
you forget to keep in code you won't be added. if you don't reserve and
someone else does, tough luck. please note that if you have made a
reservation but not an account within twenty four hours of reserving
your reserve will be removed. other people deserve the chance to
make that character if you decide not to. please note if the character
name is bolded and italicised then that character has been taken. please
check the reserves list for reservations. also note that the canon isn't
going to have siblings that aren't mentioned on the canon list. that
would be really pointless to only put one up when they have siblings.
oh and competition for characters is allowed. if you want to try out
for a character but you see someone else has reserved them/got an
application in the pending board, please feel free to try for the charrie
if you want. just make sure we know by posting your app in the
pending board. otherwise we won't know you want to try out and
then we'll just take the first person. character will go to the person
who the admins feel can justify the character the best. sorry if you're
denied but feel free to rejoin as another character! thing is about
competitions is that someone will have to lose but don't just quit if
this happens to you. recycle that killer app and make a new person.
