for fine, elegant dining set to a soothing jazz soundtrack, blue moon is the place to go. it's a little expensive but totally worth it. the waiters even take turns singing every thirty minutes! one song a waiter, of course. they've still got people to serve.

salotto 23 is a small, italian restaurant that mainly focuses on italian dishes and specialises in fish. between the hours of ten am and three pm, they are open for those who wants a true taste of italian coffee and from five pm until closing time around midnight they serve their a la carte menus where you order a dish and then gets to decide on your own what you want to it, if it is potatoes or pasta or risotto, you can have it. the desserts are displayed on a dessert cart. the atmosphere is cosy and gives the feeling of privacy which many of the customers appreciate.

with all the lakes surrounding detroit city, the parks are a big hit for boating, canoeing and other fun water activities. this area is also home to several golf courses and some downhill ski runs and cross country skiing trails.

hammon's garage caters for all your motoring needs- from services and tire fitting to body work and modifications. the shop front sports alloys and neon under-lighting a cabinet of NOS, and all the other accessories you might need for your car. there is a reception desk and couple of modified cars and bikes in the show room, but around the back is the workshop, which looks like any other. metal doors and roller shutters, large workshops and a couple of offices for the boss and for paperwork.

a university founded in 1912, st. augustine’s specializes in the education, training and refinement of all things art. surrounding a beautifully, landscaped courtyard, sit four, old, brick buildings, each dedicated to one specific area of study. st. augustine’s is also home to a large coliseum, often used by the city for concerts and performances. as well as a wonderful, old theatre which is often found to be showcasing live performances of plays, operas or ballets. though this may seem like a dream world to some, it is extremely cut throat, and while getting accepted is difficult, just getting an admittance audition can take near murder. st. augustine’s only accepts the best.
nestled amongst st. augustine's is sir francis newton university, a sister school that caters to those looking for a degree in the sciences.

it’s easy to find yourself lost amongst LSHS’s student body. over 1500 students populate this large high school daily, and it is easy to be swallowed up in it all. however, watch yourself, the students tend to form their own cliques, and aren’t to open to new members.

wooters! besides having a sense of humour, is a warm, cozy atmosphere. filled with dark crannies, little tables and chairs for writing and typing, or large, cushioned, armed chairs, this is the place to sit back and have coffee and pie if you're wanting to spend a comfortable afternoon online.
