Welcome
You ready for this?
Of course you are! And you know what we need? You. How can we possibly expect to create Chaos, if there is no one to mix it up with? Welcome to the famed (Hey, my own fantasy.) Chaos of Eris, look around, stay a while, and hopefully we will see you take up a residence! If this doesn't particulary tickle your fancy, at least read some of the threads, you'd be surprised how -ahem- interesting things can get around here.
Don't be shy, we'll welcome any of you. After all, birds of a feather, am I right? Nothing is too crazy, too quirky, too unique. The recipe for Chaos begins with you, and without you? The Chaos won't be near as good.

So uh, who runs this place?
Introducing our little team:

Yes, we've taken nearly half the canon list. But what will really make or break this place, is the new flesh you all bring to the table. So I ask you again ... you ready for this?

Memorable Quote of the Moment
"[McGonagall] scolded their idiocity, mentioned that she should just let James bleed to death to save herself from any stupid offspring he may produce, but had him healed up before going to retrieve Remus. (Granted, she'd actually said she was running errands, but the Marauders knew better.)." From "Steel Dream", by Sirius Black.

Overcast and cloudy with a 70% chance of rainfall. There seems to have been a perpetual grayness that has befallen across Scotland, and most thickly so on Hogwarts. Not a beam of sunlight has been seen in weeks.

Hufflepuffs as well as Ravenclaws would be greatly appreciated. We lacked these quite severely last time 'round. Oh, and Durmstrang. As an after thought: females attend Durmstrang, as does males to Beauxbaton.
This will be updated frequently once we get this lovely piece of work moving, and we must rid ourselves of those nasty 'hit and run' members. (They apply for important characters, are accepted, and then leave that very day, never to return again.)

Front && Center I cannot stress how important this little forum is. First off, if you hope to understand this site in the least, you must digest the riveting plotline. The rules tend to land within the 'important' range as well.

Passing Notes Is it allowed in class? Absolutely not, but who follows such a rule? Grab a piece of parchment, or a textbook, or even a piece of clothing and write a sweet love note to your beloved, a vicious howler to your enemy, or a comical telegram to your best mate. The possibilities are endless.

the Lake Oh, it's rather frigid all year around, and not the most ... ideal place for a dip. Those in Durmstrang don't seem to mind them, sounds like it's bathwater in comparison to what they are used to. Well, take a dip, but watch out for those horrid grindylows, and that 'supposedly' tamed squid. |

Beauxbaton Stables Here those massive beasts are sheltered, groomed and fed. Well, hopefully someone was doing this. Hogwarts offered no help whatsoever, they cared very little for the animals, and it wouldn't make much of a difference if they dropped dead in their stables.

Durmstrang Ship The Architectural design mirrors the gothic style so popular in the wizarding community. It has a dark, somewhat sinister appearance, however once one steps inside, the overall crimson elegance is enough to throw anyone off. Those who arrived hardly find themselves sleeping here.

the Dungeon and Sub-Levels It is the most avoided section of Hogwarts. However, the poor Hufflepuffs cannot really avoid it themselves, but when they do venture down in an attempt to find their common room, the dreariness of the dungeons never fail to lay heavy. The Slytherin common room, the kitchens, Hufflepuff common room as well as extra classrooms are located down here.

the First Floor The most notable section on the first floor is certainly the Hospital Wing, where the sickly, and those who simply want to skip out on class go. The DADA Classroom, History of Magic (The best class out there, you know.) and Muggle Studies happen to be on this level as well.

the Second Floor Ever since the professors had disappeared, Mrytle has been on a bit of a rampage, shamelessly flooding the girl's bathroom, and slowly making her way throughout the many pipes on her floor. Now, the second floor is quite basically saturated with water, and unless you want sopping wet shoes, you'll and a very ticked off ghost, you'll avoid this floor.

the Third Floor Much to the dismay of the ex-prefects, many of the trophy cases and the like have turned up missing, or been brutally shattered and dented. Tom Riddle's awards in particular was found a nearly unrecognizable mess in front of the Great Hall a few weeks ago. It has since been rescurrected and now makes it's home on the mantle of the Slytherin common room.

the Fourth Floor Thanks to the determination of a mixture of resident Ravenclaws, Gryffindors, and Hufflepuffs, the library has been saved from mutilation, and still remains the way it was before Madam Pince disappeared. Miss Clearwater had taken it on herself to ensure the books remained shelved and those who borrowed returned.

the Fifth Floor The Prefect bathroom resides on this floor. Lucius Malfoy as well as a select few other Slytherins have taken it upon themselves to claim it as their own, forcing the painting to change it's password. Many have tried to break in, but none yet have succeeded in guessing that secret word.

the Seventh Floor Containing the Gryffindor lion's den, it is a really rather friendly level, not a place where the Durmstrang or Slytherins wander. They are generally out-numbered, and although there is a current 'truce' amongst the lions and the snakes, fights have broken out.

the Three Broomsticks Yes, butterbeers can still be scavenged, but it has been long since ransacked by greedy children running around without supervision. It looks a bit like a tornado had traveled through, tables upturned, sticky liquid marring the floors, and stools sprawled every-which-way, as well as a rather large hole through the glass window - from a stool.

the Hog's Head Only the courageous who lack common sense have ventured into this establishment. It is dark, dank and completely lifeless. It is like walking through a graveyard, and many students have claimed to see the dead when they poked their heads in. No one has dared use the upstairs facilities.

the Shrieking Shack Even now you can still here those terrifing screeches, however you have to be present at the right time, generally around three a.m. or so, on a cloudless night. It is a blood-curdling experience, and only those with the bravest of hearts - and densest of minds have approached the shack after dusk.

Street Hogsmeade, for lack of a better word, looks like shit. It is run-down, there is trash and the like littering it, dust, and grime has begun to envelop the once bustling shops, and the cobblestone in itself is being swallowed by the weeds surrounding it. However, students till appear for a chance to gain solace.
