ADAM TAYLOR three positive words to describe your character: outgoing, optimistic, funny. three negative words to describe your character: aggressive, moody possessive. three things your character likes: reading, alcohol, drawing. three important things about your character: Adam is a photographer, and he definitely specializes in nature. He can draw almost anything, whether it be from scratch or when he's looking at it. He does have a bit of an aggression problem, which makes his stubborn and cynical occasionally. three important events in your character's past: He never knew his father, his mother had him when she was eighteen, and his father ran off. He's only had two real girlfriends, both cheated on him, so he's decided not to date seriously anymore. That makes his party side very wild. He lived in LA, California all his life, and never wants to go back. why is your character in baltimore? He pretty much came to Baltimore to escape his mom. She was always moping and depressed, just because she never could get married. So he opted to go as far away from home as he could, which turned out to be a good thing, as his photography took off. AUGUST HARTNETT three positive words to describe your character: studious, creative, friendly. three negative words to describe your character: self-concious, over-analytical, introverted. three things your character likes: acoustic music, libraries, books. three important things about your character: He's never dated. He leaves poetry and aphorisms in library books. Once you get to know him, you really can't hel but like him. three important events in your character's past: -His uncle, an author, died of a heart attck when he was 13 -He graduated high school with no serious bodily damage, which to him was a great achievement. -He transferred from Arizona to Baltimore after constantly being dogged for his lack of independace. why is your character in baltimore? CALISTA ANDERSON three positive words to describe your character: Sweet, funny, intelligent three negative words to describe your character: Sarcastic, annoying, cynical three things your character likes: Her cats, reading, and being on her own three important things about your character: Callie is living on her own for the first time. She doesn't like kids, and refuses to have any. She goes to bookstores just to read the books. three important events in your character's past: Callie was born in Newark, New Jersey into a dysfunctional family. Her father's an alcoholic who's had three heart attacks, and is happily working on his fourth. Her mother is insane (as in 'we the jury find the defendant') and is 'shacked up in the nut house,' as her father likes to say. why is your character in baltimore? Callie's mostly in Baltimore to get away from her toxic family, and she doesn't see herself going back any time soon. CLARK WELBY three positive words to describe your character: sympathetic, intelligent, outgoing. three negative words to describe your character: unmotivated, often bored. three things your character likes: messing around on his guitar, the occasional girl, drinking. three important things about your character: Clark is in college, but is completely unmotivated to do any sort of work, preferring to sit around his house or hang around with friends. He doesn't want to go out into the real world as a businessman and wishes that he could stay this age forever, which makes him kind of confused about life. He's an overall nice guy, but that doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy sex, drugs, and rock & roll once in a while. three important events in your character's past: He was born. He graduated high school. There's nothing else he would consider all that important. why is your character in baltimore? He's a student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. DELIA ARSENAULT three positive words to describe your character: artistic, loyal, curious three negative words to describe your character: childish, nosy, hot-tempered three things your character likes: sewing, painting, chocolate milk three important things about your character: delia's planning on starting her own fashion line. she's been living alone since she was seventeen. she has ADHD and has recently been diagnosed as bipolar. three important events in your character's past: delia was kicked out of her parents house at the age of seventeen. she was admitted into a mental institute for a few months of her sophomore year in high school. though she was accepted to a fashion college in new york, she refused to go. why is your character in baltimore? delia's aunt lives in baltimore and since she's no longer welcome in her parents house she moved closer to her aunt in case she ever needed financial help. though she claimed she couldn't stand the city at first and said that she'd move to new york in a year or two's time, delia actually started to like her little apartment and life in the city. also, she thinks baltimore's a good place to open up her own boutique. GEORGIA REYNOLDS three positive words to describe your character: creative, outgoing, sympathetic. three negative words to describe your character: moody, liar, impatient. three things your character likes: inventing make-believe scenarios, striking up conversations with stangers, smoking. three important things about your character: Georgia's imagination unfortunately provides not only creativity, but a tendency to exaggerate the truth, or lie and a lot of what she says isn't the truth. She remains very perky and optimistic for the most part and asks a load of questions, due to her natural curiosity and desire to find an explanation or reason for everything that happens in the world. Finally, Georgia is an outwardly outgoing person and enjoys meeting new people and striking up conversation with whichever person is nearest to her. three important events in your character's past: Georgia's parents got divorced when she was eleven and at age thirteen, she ran off to live with her twenty-four year old brother, Parker. Neither Parker nor their parents were happy with this arrangement, so she got sent off to boarding school for high school. Now, she is in Baltimore City and trying to figure out what she wants to do with the rest of her life. why is your character in baltimore? Her bother lives in the city and she didn't know where else to go. Although she's nineteen, she's not in college, as she's waiting to figure out her purpose in life first. NATALIE LANE three positive words to describe your character: altruistic, confident, imaginative. three negative words to describe your character: impulsive, cynical, standoffish. three things your character likes: making up creative excuses, analyzing things/people with her eyes, talking to strangers three important things about your character: Natalie is a very motivated person, but often finds herself surrounded by unmotivated and thus feels the need to take care of them all -- whether it be lending a buck or two there, letting them crash at her place, or taking them out to dinner. She is also a charcoal, pencil, pen -- anything -- drawer and paints with gouache occasionally when it fits her fancy; she doesn't like to call herself an artist, though. People get weird thoughts. Lastly, Nat has a vivid imagination, so although she is honest when it counts most, don't take all of her fanciful stories and excuses as the truth ... it may just be her alter ego speaking. three important events in your character's past: She picked up her first crayon at age two. Nat took her mother's surname. She visited the idyllic, yet overrated, city of Paris and studied art there as an exchange student for a semester. why is your character in baltimore? The reason that Nat is in Baltimore is simple: the Maryland Institute College of Art, better known as MICA. She worked long and hard, scraping every single penny she could come up with to attend that school. And now she's here to complete her education and instruction and move on ... elsewhere. ROSALIE BILLINGS three positive words to describe your character: independent, creative, witty three negative words to describe your character: stubborn, competitive, perfectionist three things your character likes: fashion, starbucks, work three important things about your character: Rosalie's father is a president of a company in Baltimore, while her mom's side came from old money. Even though they're practically millionaires, Rosalie isn't your typical rich girl. Sure, she can be a little spoiled and doesn't know the value of money at all, Rose would rather earn it herself than use her parent's. three important events in your character's past: Rosie's parents divorced when she was thirteen. Second would be getting into college, because it meant she would see her parents less. Third, getting her own apartment, she's been living on her own for a year now. why is your character in baltimore? Rosalie was raised in Maryland since she was little, but she had to go back and forth between her mom's and dad's house ever their divorce. Unlike most kids, she dealt with it pretty well, at least that was what her parents think. Rosalie never complained about it, but that was because she saw it coming. She's still in Baltimore because her parents didn't want her to go to college out of state. So she picked the best fashion institute in Baltimore.
