Thank you, Pris! That brad-pitt looking Korean seems to be all over the clothing stores on ebay.

Thank you, dear!
To be honest though, I don't know how to wear it. It's called a tunic, but I'm not sure if I can just wear it like a dress or have to wear something under it. The website had a girl wear it with tights under, but I'm not a big fan of that. So far, I'm thinking of wearing it with another skirt under. Gah, but I do love the thing.
K i n g A o k i - July 3, 2010 06:05 PM (GMT)
tunics are so legit. Skinny jeans, skirts, tights, (sometimes a dress). The only thing you have to look out for are some tunics are shear, and it might not appear like it's see through, but more than likely it is :L
Pris - July 3, 2010 06:33 PM (GMT)
This one came with a tank top underneath, otherwise it'd be a bit see-through.
I can't wait to wear it outside. I don't think I've been this excited about a piece of clothing I bought for a while.
Mocoma - July 4, 2010 05:49 AM (GMT)
I bought this top yesterday at H&M's summer sale:

That. There are some awesome tights out there waiting for your Xiao, give them a chance!
About skirts, well. You have to either go full eccentric with the combination or very discreet. They have the habit to look awkward otherwise.

Not a big fun of ruffles but I like this.
Pris - July 4, 2010 04:05 PM (GMT)
Perhaps it is time for me to give tights a chance, Demi!
Mocoma - I like the ruffled top - I want one of those.
Mocoma - July 5, 2010 02:31 AM (GMT)
Thank you, Pris and Eden (:
Speaking of tights: These days there are awesome models in the store, from lacey to punky...love them!
imEden - July 14, 2010 06:50 PM (GMT)

The tights, the shorts, the scarf and the top (not visible). Because they are fierce and make bf smile like a fool.

Nope, hadn't put any thought to it when I was out (plus I would look like my bf, no no no)... :/
I like some, but not the shoes and the jacket thing. But the brooches are cool.
Pris - August 1, 2010 02:27 AM (GMT)
I bought two skirts for like $25 :D:
Pris - August 8, 2010 09:10 PM (GMT)
I was able to buy these before busting my neck on the way home:

And a charcoal shirtdress, but I can't find a link.

K i n g A o k i - August 9, 2010 02:48 AM (GMT)
btw this thread is useless for me. I always buy one or two things and never go on shopping sprees so it'd be like "Pants/t-shirt I just bought!"
Pris - August 9, 2010 02:50 AM (GMT)
I doubt any of us are rich enough to go on shopping sprees anyway, so just post what you got.
K i n g A o k i - August 9, 2010 05:42 AM (GMT)
true. And I could really only go on shopping sprees like.. at the vintage stores and thrift shops. Even then you get more girls shit than guys

i used to own a pair of black skinny jeans from Uniqlo, they were the best jeans I've ever had.

I wore them for like a year straight, srsly, the only jeans I wore, then they were getting kinda old so i decided to cut them off and make them into shorts, now i deeply regret this decision as Uniqlo doesn't carry them anymore. I live in nyc, anyone know a good alternative? I'm thinking Cheap Monday, but the price is a bit steep compared to the 40 bux i spent on the uniqlo jawnz. i prefer them to have no designs, or stitching or anything like that on the back pockets, just regular black jeans.
anyway, yesterday i bought some stuff at hnm, just a couple shirt and sweater things, my phone camera is really crappy so i wont even bother with pics.
K i n g A o k i - August 11, 2010 01:37 AM (GMT)
Cheep Mondays are lovely. I just have the problem were they are tight on my waist, yet big in the legs. I bought them like three years ago so I'm not sure if they are straight leg jeans or what. My favorites are BDG. If you want cheap ones that are pretty skinny, go for Pac Sun's Girl jeans.
Post-Person - August 11, 2010 11:14 PM (GMT)
okay im posting it here because i think im about to buy it
should i play up to the boyish-girl thing and get this
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ATTICUS-LADIES-GIRLS...=item230206dc2cor would it be taking it too far ie look damn butch on me
(i love atticus, mark hoppus gets a lot of my money)
Pris - August 11, 2010 11:16 PM (GMT)
I think that shirt looks really nice, and the colour doesn't make it butch at all.
K i n g A o k i - August 11, 2010 11:22 PM (GMT)
I don't enjoy the shirt at all, but if you really enjoy it, I say go for it! You don't have a butch body type so "looking butch" is completely out of the question.
Post-Person - August 11, 2010 11:26 PM (GMT)
cheers :)
I've been trying to break the habit of my teenage years and actually get girly/non gothy stuff so i don't quite trust my own opinon in my head yet cause thats the same fashion sense that once thought really baggy jeans were 'awesome'
(discovering the joy's of river island has def. helped though). glad to hear a good opinon cause I think its really nice and was looking for a decent enough reason to justify buying it.
Slowing down after this though because i've brought 3 tops in one night now >.<
(that , the atticus spectral stripes and a nice river island tee)
Rest - August 12, 2010 07:25 PM (GMT)
Thnx for the advice, Aoki. Just got back from urban outfitters, tried on some CMs but they weren't my size, settled for Levis 510's. They're soft and comfy. :)
K i n g A o k i - August 12, 2010 11:04 PM (GMT)
yes sir :3
Tomorrow I'll be blowing up this page with the nice shit I'm getting at Urban. No joke.
Lucifer - August 16, 2010 04:40 AM (GMT)
