When Zoisite began voicing something that sounded like a threat towards the being they served – the very good looking being they served, he amended his thoughts – Fisheye's eye widened and he stared at the other young man with a tinge of admiration. He dared voice a threat towards Chaos? That made him... all sorts of amazing and so much more attractive than he already was. Again, Fisheye mentally kicked himself. No, Zoisite was not attractive! Well, he was but... he also had a big and scary boyfriend which could harm him in very painful ways if he continued to think like that about the blond. His train of thought was abruptly cut when Zoisite voiced the rest of the threat. He was going to... what now? A nervous and loud laugh hid his disappointment. So much for thinking of him as being brave. ”Yeah, you do that”, he replied, continuing to laugh just at the thought of Zoisite's possible protest towards Chaos manipulating Endymion. Taking a couple of deep breaths, Fisheye stopped laughing, nearly sweatdropping when the other man mentioned that he should be reminded to hold him up to that promise. As if he were a lunatic to do that! ”Sure, sure!”, he confirmed with a wide grin.
Fisheye was a bit put off by Zoisite's reaction to him pointing out that he was older than him. Did he have an age complex, or what? It was only a question of some months, not as if he had a couple of years over him. And not like, though he was younger, Zoisite didn't have a much more fabulous life, with a fabulous position and a fabulous guy to love him, unlike himself – older and a failure. Okay, so he was going to get himself all depressed again if he kept this line of thinking and that was definitely not a good thing because it made him want to have more to drink and it was a bad idea. He knew when it was the case for him to stop and for the night he had reached that fine line which separated him from a state of potentially embarrassing drunkenness. Fisheye stared at Zoisite, trying to understand the implications of the other man's death and rebirth: ”So... you were 17 then and now you're still 17? That sounds easy compared to mine. I am 18. I remember having had a normal life for the past 18 years and... also being in the circus and dying... It just makes no sense at all! Owwww and now my head hurts just by thinking of it!” he concluded rubbing at his temples. Any attempts at making some sense out of his life and death ended up with headaches, that's how complicated it all was for the man.
Fisheye paid attention to the explanation about the ginzuishou, nodding slightly as Zoisite spoke. ”I see. Good to know what killed me.” Okay, so he didn't really remember too much exactly about his death, he just sort of knew the senshi did it, so it made sense that Serenity would have used that crystal on him and his friends. ”Interesting nickname”, he added with a chuckle, before he put on a more serious and determined face to speak about the senshi. ”Just let me have my hands on them and I will turn their life into a nightmare! Literally!”
A series of nervous coughs and a faked choke were Fisheye's attempt at avoiding the subject of what exactly was wrong with the choice of gifts. He didn't want to have an angry drunken Zoisite chasing after him with a crystal – that was his weapon if he recalled well. He just settled for an enthusiastic nod in approval that the gifts did the trick, his mind flying back to the problem of what he could possibly buy to Tiger's Eye in order to win his heart. It was doubtful that a snow globe or a rose would be enough to do the trick. It was doubtful that anything in the world would make the other man take him seriously or at least respect him enough not to laugh in his face or give him a too harsh rejection. The thoughts were chased away by the amusement of watching Zoisite try – and fail – to prove a point. ”Oh, he is”, Fisheye argued about Kunzite. ”Suuuuuuure you're not”, he mocked the younger man, poking him in the head. ”Don't you fall asleep here, I am not carrying you back!”

Zoisite's lower lip jutted out in a pout as Fisheye laughed at him. Chaos manipulating Endymion was no laughing matter, nor was his deciding to protest if he found out that Chaos had. At least in his mind it wasn't. Kunzite would be upset with him if he tried to, he was almost certain. He nodded his head, running his finger around the glasses edge -sadly it was not real crystal and made no sound- as Fisheye seemed to be encouraging him. "Oh, I will," he assured him. He wasn't going to just stand idly by if his King's mind was being addled. Though what he could do without getting killed was another matter.
Zoisite's mood was lifted somewhat by hearing that Fisheye was only 18. It was just nice to have someone close to his own age to talk to just casually. Sometimes he worried that with Kunzite being older, he came off as too childish in his eyes. It didn't help matters that he was intoxicated and that insecurities he could normally keep under control were more likely to surface in the current state he was in. He tried to focus on what was actually being said to him now. "I was seventeen when I died during the Silver Millennium too. . .or was it 16. . .who can keep track of these things anymore? I've died so many times at this point. . ." he shrugged as he trailed off. He took another swig of his drink as he listened to Fisheye again. He furrowed his brow at what the other man said. "So your lives. . . overlap one another on the. . . time chart. . .? he massaged his temple. "You're right, that's making my head hurt too."
He nodded along with Fisheye about the ginzuishou. "Knowing is half the battle," he agreed, tapping his chin thoughtfully. A pleased chuckle as the other man responded to his choice of name for the queen. "I think it's rather fitting," he said with a softer chuckle following. As Fisheye commented on the senshi, Zoisite nodded his agreement. "Yes, and you should start with Sailor Venus, she's the most annoying of the lot of them," he said quickly. He still had a score to settle with her, but he suspected Kunzite might not be overly pleased if he killed the girl himself. That thought only served to make him feel more insecure, and so he pushed it to the back of his mind.
Zoisite was much too intoxicated at this point to delve into the meaning behind Nanami's coughing fit and merely shrugged off the reaction. He chuckled again at Fisheye's insistence that Kunzite was scary. "I guess he is to you," he said, a hint of amusement in his voice. From his resting place on the counter he mumbled "Am not," into his arms. He swatted at Fisheye's fingers as he poked him in the head. "I'm not falling asleep," he protested in a softening slur. Perhaps he was getting a bit tired after working most of the night and drinking during the rest. "I can walk . . .just. .. fine! I don't need you to carry me. I can. . . teleport home. . ."

Zoisite's determination to “protest” against Chaos was ridiculous but Fisheye supposed that, at this point, the alcohol was doing a great part of the reasoning. Not that Fisheye could brag about being the most reasonable man on the planet, but even he was well aware of the fact that it wasn't that wise to protest in any way against Chaos. Sure, he hadn't gotten the chance so far to see what Chaos could do when he was mad, but surely it was something bad and painful and Zoisite didn't strike him as the masochistic type, nor the suicidal type. He was pretty drunk himself but he knew better than have thoughts to protest against the baddies that held his life in their hands. Dying was not too pleasant, he knew that from personal experience.
As Zoisite proceeded to explain about another death of his, Fisheye blinked a couple of times. ”Silver Millennium?”, he repeated the name curiously. Was that supposed to be? It was the first time he was hearing of the notion and the drinks he had made it a bit difficult for his imagination to start venturing guesses about what something so with such a name could possibly be. ”Hai, you seem to have died a lot”, Fisheye confirmed, nodding. He supposed he shouldn't complain, what with him only dying once and all. Apparently his life was equally confusing to Zoisite as it was to him. ”Yeah, they do”, he nodded and sighed dramatically, bringing a hand to his forehead in a dramatic gesture as he added: ”Hidoi, the life of a villain is so difficult!”
An accomplice chuckle left Fisheye lips when Zoisite rushed to give him a hint about who his first senshi victim could be. ”Oooh, something personal in the middle?”, he asked, nudging him with the elbow in the side. Now he wasn't a fan of the senshi either, but he didn't exactly have any preferences when it came to killing them or turning their lives into hell. ”I'll start with her if you want to”, he added with enthusiasm, seeing it as a good opportunity to get a bit under the shitennou's skin by doing him a favor. It couldn't hurt having someone he could call a friend among the ones at Chaos' realm, he never knew when that could come in handy. Okay and maybe that would serve to make Tiger's Eye a bit jealous... once he would build the guts to actually go and awaken Yuki's memories from his past... parallel... whatever... life.
Zoisite's reactions to his pokes triggered a series of chuckles out of Fisheye. Idly he wondered what would the blond's scary boyfriend say if he saw him like that. Well, he supposed that if he stayed awake enough, he might be able to hear what he had to say if he shouted loud enough. ”Hah, walk? I don't think you can even stand”, Fisheye laughed. As a matter of fact, he doubted his own ability to stand properly and he wasn't as drunk as the younger man. ”Teleport? What if you mess up and end up in Beryl's room, or Chaos'? That would be so amusing”, Fisheye laughed again, much too amused, due to the amounts of alcohol in his body.
