No matter what you're looking for, most likely Gotham's shopping district will have it. The area is jam-packed with stores of all kinds, ranging from big time department stores to flea markets to large warehouses of merchandise. It is also a very busy part of the city-- whether it's full of the bargain-shopping citizens, or the ones that don't even have to bother checking the price tag before pulling out their credit cards, you're sure to find a crowd. The Narrows
Full of abandoned buildings and sketchy alleyways, Narrows Island is the one place in Gotham you would not want to be caught in unprepared, especially after dark. It is by far the main source of Gotham's crime, and the police are forced to patrol the area 24/7, yet, no matter what time it is or what street you're on in the Narrows, there is always something illegal happening. Gotham Village
One of the nicest and most expensive places to live inside the city is Uptown Gotham's bohemian area, known for it's lavish apartment complex, Gotham Tower Apartments. But don't fret; there are a few lesser-priced housing options in the Village, too, for those of upper middle class that insist on living in a nice area.

The Meadows
A relatively typical, tightly packed suburban neighborhood in Uptown Gotham, found outside of the main city. Unlike most places in Uptown that are usually high-priced, this neighborhood, thanks to its location, is in a more practical range for the less fortunate, which makes it a very common place for most of the city's middle class residents.

The Bowery
Living here, in a neighborhood that borders Crime Alley, is never considered the "better choice" of Gotham's housing, but some people just don't have a choice. Usually if you can't afford to live in The Meadows, you're forced to move to the Bowery. It's basically your last resort if you're poor. Just... try and lock your door and pray the criminals choose your neighbor's house, if you have a door or a neighbor still, that is.

Gotham Heights
Also sometimes considered Crest Hill, this neighborhood is located close to the city's limits and is usually where Gotham's most wealthy live, seeing as it's full of multimillion dollar estates, such as the newly rebuilt Wayne Manor. Only the truly rich live here.
