we all know that the sidebar was coded by dana, but did you know the graphics on it were made by sarah? the skin is an exclusive for this site, made by sarah, as are all the other graphics. this site belongs to sarah, feiah, and joanna, meaning all ideas, canons, and plots belong to them. however, the characters and anything done with them belong to their respective players. don't steal anything, that's just not cool.

Imagine a twenty box car train wreck; with explosives and all.

Now imagine that twenty times worse and in the form of Riley Rohn.

Life was not exactly handing Riley the lemons to make the lemonade. Actually, life was not handing Riley anything but dark circles under her eyes and a dark twist of humor involving a bicycle, a boy and a rather thick tree. Having only three hours of sleep in the passed day, tends to take a toll on you.

Opening a locked locker door seems like an easy task; does it not? Just simply turning the knob to suit the combination; and there, you've got your locker ready and open. In her eye, this was the impossible task. Her hands would shake every few seconds, leaving the dial directed towards a different number. As each second ticked by; Riley grew more and more frustrated.

She hated being here; just the thought of socializing with her peers made her gag. She did not need to hear what type of lip gloss that girl was wearing, or who just hooked up with who; she just did not care. There were more important things in life to worry about...

'LIKE HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU OPEN UP A FRIGGING LOCKER DOOR?'

Not even three seconds later; the girl groaned in frustration. Running a hand through her surprisingly clean blonde hair; she kicked the door. Now; normally it would have been a small kick, one that you'd consider comparing with a three year old.

    But this, this was different.

Bottling up her emotions was something Riley did on a daily basis; a bad habit to get into. The smallest thing would just make her blow a vein or two. At the moment, the locker was the smallest thing. So this kick; was for something more than a locker door. It was about having to combine schools, it was about the fact that her sister was becoming more and more of a fake, the fact that he and his girlfriend were getting to her, the fact that everything...

    Was just so fucked up.

ugh, hope there's something you can jump in at.

cole was not the type to bottle up his emotions. that was probably the reason for all his various violent outbursts; he just had that violent energy inside him, and he couldn't resist letting it out whenever it decided to rise to the surface. which was often. in fact, far more often than it seemed happened to really anyone else. which explained his surprise when he saw the tall form of riley rohn banging on her locker in frustration. surprise quickly gave way to amusement as he walked up to her, his single notebook tucked into the crook of his arm. cole didn't really believe in actually carrying his books to every class. there was always that one teacher that took off points if you didn't have it, and he would usually bring it to her class, but in most cases? yeah, it was really pretty pointless. instead, he left most of his books in his locker during all his classes, only going to retrieve the one and put it back on either side of that one highly obnoxious class.

because cole had never really had a problem with a locker combination in his life.

a small smirk twitching the corners of his lips up, he approached riley from behind, gently placing his hand on her upper arm to get her attention. not saying a word, he -- still gently -- moved her a couple steps to the right, not even waiting for permission before taking the little slip of paper that held her combination from her. looking carefully from the paper to the lock, cole twiddled the dial until the door easily opened for him. the first time, of course. he stepped back from the locker with a grand gesture and a small bow, as though he were a magician who had just performed an elaborate trick. "see, now wouldn't it have been so much easier just to ask for help in the first place?" he asked, that smirk still plain on his face as he leaned casually against the locker beside hers. taking a guess (based on absolutely no evidence whatsoever) that she was feeling particularly frustrated right now, he was betting -- and he would definitely put money on this -- that her reaction would at least be mildly entertaining.

ooc: haha, i can jump into anything. :-P
