the estates
upper class: everyone drives by the nicer houses in town and wishes that they had one. however, not everyone can afford the houses in this area. if you can, you're lucky and you have all the money in the world. just remember, things aren't always what they seem from the outside.

the suburbs
middle class: most of the people in terrence live in one of the suburban houses. the houses range in prices and styles, but they are all pretty nice. living here doesn't guarantee you a white picket fence but there are a lot of them around.

the apartments
lower class: whether you're just starting out or come from a poor family, you will most likely be living in the apartments. however, there's no shame in this. most of the apartments in terrence are pretty nice, even if they are cheap.

the country
rural living: some people don't live in the town of terrence, but instead live around the country side. the farm lands here are pretty nice, and include a lot of land. there are several richer families in town that not only have a main house in town, but a farm house in the country.
