So, Storm is like.. in love with Bella[he just doesnt know it yet] lol But he's starting to realize that. and like..maybe he's friends with Alissa and like...sorta uses her to try to make Bella jealous. emphasis on the try. But, since he's such a nice guy, he would tell her that thats why he's dating her or whatever. or they could just be friends lol. either works for me =]

And then he asks her to play along with this, so like when they're in public they play the part of a couple so others believe it but they know. Haha, I like it. It could work. x)
