Arkham Inns

The first floor of Arkham Inns always has people. They can be found eating, getting a room, checking out or just sitting around. As you walk in, you'll find the counter and kitchen to your right, stairs to the rooms straight ahead, with bathrooms on either side. The rest of the lobby is filled with couches and tables. The tables placed in Arkham are just all over the place, they weren't meant to be lined up in rows, the messy placement gives the place less of a restaurant and more of a home feeling.

There are two different kind of rooms at the Arkham Inns. A smaller one with only one bed and a larger one with two beds. Though one is larger then the other, they both get the same things. Basic furniture [ bed, TV, dresser, a desk ], a bathroom, and a window.
