Lying in wait though are all the most dangerous mutants joined as one trying to take out both the X-Men and the Purifiers at once

First Floor
The first floor of the Xavier’s school is mostly for show. There are class rooms here where some of the staff teaches, there is also the rec rooms for entertainments the library for studying, the cafeteria for pigging out, and for those not feeling well there is also the nurses office.

Second Floor
The second floor is basicaly the living quarters of the mansion. The girls, boys, and even staff dormitories can be found on the second floor.

Underneath the Xavier institute is a vast complex extending miles and miles under ground.

Backyard
Where there is a front yard theirs a backyard. This backyard Houses the hedge maze, the basket ball court, the swimming pool, and even the Breakstone Lake. Most active kids go to the backyard to pass the time or just hang out. Training sessions are often held here as well. Some of the backyard is burn or has large gaping holes.

Courtyard
The courtyard thankfully was not the primary spot where Nimrod attacked, and as such it is not in ruins like the back yard, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t suffer. The front yard has some craters and burnt patches throughout the grounds.

Cafe' Artist
A nice little mutant friendly café shop is decorated with photos and postures of old movie “mutants” . The food is always good around here, and the service always comes with a smile. Definitely a place worth visiting.

The recreational room was built by Sinister to keep his annoying marauders in while he was busy tending to his lab experiments. The giant room has everything you could ever need to relax.

The landscaping of this mental dimension is fickle and often changes based on the moods and desires of those visiting it. Time does not pass at all here which is dangerous seeing as if a telepath is gone for too long from their body they can cease to be. Astral plane is also the home of the Shadow King.
