December 6th - Spring has finally arrived in Wolf's Tear! The sun is attempting to shine through the clouds of pollution that shades the lands, the snow has lifted, and food is abundant once again. Hope you guys enjoy the new spring layout! (Janine's note: the background may or may not be seen correctly depending on your computer's settings -- I will try and fix it asap.)
The new year has come and went making it the year 2010 for rp time. Also, you may have noticed that the generous Cammie has paid for our site to be AD free as well as upgraded our CBOX for a year. Enjoy ;)

It was still early in the day, some time close to noon, and the young brute was already up and about exploring his new home. He was slightly frustrated by the fact he had to stay in his wolf form, but other than that it did not bother him because he was raised to survive as a wolf and not as a human. But the two legged form did come into handy when you needed something done that you couldn't do when furry.
He sighed faintly as he trotted slowly to the waters edge a small smile faintly on his cream and gray maw, as he saw his reflection in the water. He was finally starting to gain more muscle so he was beginning to not look as lanky and scrawny as he had when he was a pup, when he had left home. Now the only reason he was some what thin was due to hunting, as he traveled he really couldn't hunt for fear of someone stealing his food or him accidently chasing pray into anothers pack land. But not he didn't have to worry about that and it would be easier for the young brute to gain back the weight he had lost, or atleast he hoped so, since these lands were under a strange spell, that confused the young male. He just hoped there would be enough pray left to sustain the pack and that it wouldn't disappear to find better lands. Shaking his head faintly he moved lowering his maw to the clear liquid distorting his once perfect reflection in the water. AS he drank small ripples disturbed the whole of the waters flat surface, auds twitching as the birds sang around him. Not that far off the cawing of a crow could be heard as well.

This whole wolf thing didn't really fit with Casper all that well. The fact that she was raised in her human form only made this alot more complicated for her. Ugh, she didn't understand why her parents were so used to using their wolf forms. . . maybe they just wanted to blend in and be normal? Heh, her mother and father always seemed to have a bit of a fasination living among the humans. Casper wished that she would have walked on four legs more than she did in just two; things would have been alot easier.
Small, white paws pressing against the dying grass, Casper's thirst for water grew by ever inch she took. Running around the lands, exploring wasn't such a bright idea especially when it wasn't very near to the water supplies. Casper never seemed to have this sort of problem when residing in the city, but of course she wasn't a wolf twenty four seven either. Oh how she longed to wear her converse and to walk inside the cafe' and grab a cup of coffee or spring water. . . eat amazing mouth watering food instead of icky deer and rabbits.
Sighing, Casper became closer and closer to the lake, but while she traveled towards it she noticed a male around her again drinking from it. The young female seemed to recognize him from the first pack meeting she was in. She thought of him as somewhat nice even if she didn't conversate with him.
"Hello there." Casper listened to her voice and it was a bit happy, but it wasn't as perky as it used to be not since the whole 'situation' with Feroce, but as she noticed this she shoke herself out of the trance and sat herself next to the stranger while allowing her maw to dip into the cool water.
occ; yayyy, I finally posted. XD

Auds twitched as he heard movement behind him, but the young brute did not not tense or turn to defend himself. He knew the other was a pack member otherwise they would not be in these lands. He lifted his maw though from the waters edge though it was still lowered hovering over the water's edge as his gaze shifted to the femme that now stood beside him.
Auds twitched hearing her voice as she greeted him. Stryker recognized her from the pack meeting but he had no clue who she was, just that she had appeared towards the ending or something he couldn't really remember at the moment. " Hello" He said with a small smile as he raised his head totally away from the water's edge so he was now partially facing the femme before him. " I'm Stryker and you are?" he said calmly watching her as she drank the water.
ooc: Sorry it took so long to reply.

Since the water had already fixed her thirst, Casper allowed her maw to depart from the chill water as the liquid slide down her nose and onto the ground, "Hello, Stryker. My name is Casper." She spoke to him in a soft honey like voice after he had greeted her and introduce himself. The young girl didn't mind meeting a new face especially when they live in the same territory.
Eyes moving away from the young brute, her orbs moved in curiosity around her surroundings. She wanted to take note and take in the beauty. "Lovely, huh? The young female asked her company, which she was referring to the place they were now residing in, but to Casper she thought the life of the city was alot heathier and much more exotic than her new home. To be honest, she missed the humans.

" pleasure to meet you Casper." he said a small smile upon his maw, as he bowed his head in a small greeting, something that if they could take there other form would be a handshake. His own gaze flickered around them, as he saw hers leave him. " Yes it is, though its all the same to me, I can live either as a human or wolf I've survived as both." he said than chuckled lightly looking back to her. "Well when I could still take my human form." he added as if an after thought, not realizing that Casper was more comfortable as a human than she was as a wolf. He smiled at Casper happy to meet another in these lands, since he had only glimpsed the others at the meeting.

"Lucky for you to say, I am the complete opposite. I am much better off in my scrawny two legged form." Casper admired his motivation and drive with this whole "wolf" thing, yet again she did notice he was pretty serious during the back meetings. "But what do you mean, when you can take your human form?" Casper added in curiousity. She pondered if he had trouble shifting to his human form or if it was just the pollution that was effecting it. Tilting her head, Casper's maw slowly formed a soft smile. Her confused expression showed quite visibly on her white maw.
occ; suckss.
