Ambulance was being fed by Rhino, Lyca, and Betrayed. The 3 small accounts had a scheme to feed the high account by manipulating market prices. Ambulance deleted when confronted with the evidence.

As with most things, it starts with a message to the Game Admin account. In this case, 3 separate people contacted me to say that they had seen some cheap stuff on the market that seemed too cheap to be true. I investigated and looked at who was selling cheap stuff, and who was buying cheap stuff. So 3 players were constantly selling cheap stuff, and Ambulance was constantly buying it. Then I did a reverse check to see if Ambulance was selling, and who was buying. Well, Ambulance would sell the same goods he bought cheap, back to the original 3 sellers, but he'd sell it at a much higher price than before.

I can only identify Ambulance. He is known as ASROK on the forum. The other ones don't have forum accounts.

Hard to tell. I know for sure that Ambulance was logging into the accounts at some points, but it is not clear if he was doing it all the time. The entire mess IP trail goes back to the Sri Lankan university system, where I know many people say they are playing from dorms with shared computers. So it could have been one person doing 4 accounts, or it could have been 1 guy with 3 friends sharing the same computer. They did try to mask their tracks by going through a proxy server in Botswana. No offence to the people in Botswana, but I really doubt that any of them are playing WOE.

That was just the last batch of stuff that one of the dupes still had on the market. There is no more stuff available for 2 or similar.
