if i took over lets say the netherlands i would force them to throw out the heinekin and make them drink duvels and jupiler instead

but also they don't have to protect an economy cause they would have conquered us and we would have been part of the german empire :(

Well they would have had nukes pretty quick and the Russians would not have formed their empire. Japan would have received further help meaning China would not have become a power. The USA would remain impossible to invade so the Cold War would have been between the US and Germany / Japan... or are you saying Germany would have beaten the US too?

I'm not sure the British Empire would have surrendered along with the UK, what do you think?

As the propaganda of the day said " Any red blooded American boy can whip up 5 krauts without breaking a sweat" . Had Germany won somehow Hitler still would have been killed, there were countless plots against him from friend and foe. Germany would have never conquered the U.S. , doing so would have spread their forces to thin, so like ElZud said there possibly would have been a new Cold War, and the Brits would have never surrendered, the Nazi's would have had to kill them all.

Yes that's why the US would have lost in that case. The world against the USA and Canada??? no chance. Autralia doesn't count, since just Japan woull have isolated and countered it by a huge margin, and the rest of British related countries and provinces weren't at the time industrialised enough to be a major factor in any conflict involving countries like Germany, USA, France...

China was powerfull but unable to move on the offensive so not much worth either.

Of course the A-bomb outcome is a harder to predict if. The US would have invented it first than germany, the difference being that they would have no where to launch a real bomber near enough of Germany (If germany won as we assume of course), while Germany was much more advanced in long range bombardment systems, but I guess it would have ended in a cold war in the end. With a difference, Germany would control most of the resources in the world and probably emerge vitorious economically over the USA after many years.

To my mind though, had germany been wining the war, the USA would have allied to it (yeah sorry I laught at any view of the USA as saviour of the world, as all contries did and do, they bomb where there is proffit to them). Do not forget there were many many nazi suporters in the USA and the USA was very interested in both the fall of the Soviet Union and the disintegration of european empires so faced with a situation where victory aganst germany seamed impossible, Roosevelt would have failed in his campaign to act against Germany.

We Americans don't claim to be the saviors , we just profit the best :P . KL has it about right the US would have made peace with Germany then planned the over throw of the Nazi party.

All the campaigns in Company of Heroes and Men of war would be different :D

Interesting thought KL but since baldness is mainly hereditary you could argue that with enough selective breeding it could be eliminated. On the other hand that would take more than a few generation's to achieve and by that time if baldness was to become a more recessive type gene in the pool other things such as albinism, osteopenia, or even psychophrenia could be more common. :lol:
