The attack between dread and haplo seems a little steep.

How about something along the lines of "Hi there, I notice that you are new to the game. It is a really bad idea to attack the top ranked player in the game, because on a revenge attack, I can pretty much wipe out all your troops. I will let you go with a warning this time, but if you do attack me again, I will let you see first hand what a revenge attack can do."

well, people is complaining about his attack, that killed 51 (43 regs) troops from him... his account was destroyed already, so i revenged to get some gold and ore from the revenge, and i dont think he cared at all, after the first attack in which he lost 43 regs, he tried to attack me again but retreated, was obviously someone that didnt cared at all... more than once i advise people that makes mistakes but that i know they care and want to learn, this case was someone that just wanted to suicide, and i m happy to obligue if i get some benefit.

I'm curious, though, didn't there used to be some code to prevent weaklings from attacking an army so strong in comparison?

Yeah... back when I wasn't playing I'd make an account and ping the top 30, and they'd all just make me retreat (which doesn't give the defender a revenge). Seems like a bug that this is possible.

well, i think the code checks number of troops or something similar... for example, if the code says that you cant attack someone that has a 4 to 1 troop number count, he could have attacked me since he had 65 troops and i had 256...
in that case, it should get changed to a troop strength criteria... if someone is more than 4-1 stronger than you no matter the number of troops, then he should retreat...

I think I had made it a troop number criteria. But I guess in this instance the guy's 100 or so level 1 were no match for the 200 or so level 3s.
