Welcome to Bitten (BR V2)! After two years of successful, continuous role-play, we decided to break away from the Twilight genre to present a new, unique experience for both long-term and future members. Bitten is an intermediate/literate OC shifter-based site which includes a few loosely stemmed similarities from S. Meyer's book saga. We are currently accepting site CANONS and ORIGINALS, though canons would be greatly appreciated!

- - - - Times are tough in a world filled with supernatural creatures living alongside innocent humans…and some not so innocent humans as well. The latter call themselves Trackers. Seeking out both shapeshifters and vampires in order to eliminate such unwanted threats is a tracker's main goal. Safeguarding humanity amidst the wolves’ ongoing inter-species and inter-pack feuds while reducing the risk of family members getting bitten remains valid purpose for these esteemed leaders within populated human society. Vampires, often harbingers of premature death, are faced with greater chances of being confronted by a skilled Tracker than ever before. They’ve taken to slipping amongst night’s shadows. The bears just want to be left alone by everyone and the cougars, two prides unexpectedly thrown together by circumstance, are too busy arguing over who's the boss to bother noticing the building tensions around them.

Amaruq Ranch
A large manor, the Amaruq pack home has a gothic style that's modeled after the castles of medieval Europe. Decorated in dark shades, the mansion is located twenty miles outside of Denali, surrounded by easy access hunting lands for the pack.

Fairbanks
The second largest city in the state and the largest city in the Interior, Fairbanks is one of the few cities with large shopping centers.
This is the closest city to the Amaruq Pack's territory so not many Atka pack members dare venture too close.

Atka Ranch
A fairly modest house sequestered outside of the state capital, this home features a simplistic though comfortable environment. Its greatest feature is the surrounding acreage comprised of optimum hunting opportunities.

Juneau
Juneau is both the capital city, and the warmest part of the state. Flying on a plane or helicopter and using a boat are the main ways of gaining access to the otherwise rather isolated city.
This is the city closest to the Atka Pack's territory so most Amaraq pack members willingly avoid it.

Standing Rock
With miles of grassy land and plenty of trees for climbing and shade, the town actually looks more like a small encampment in the forest than anything. While this place is technically open to the public, don't expect a warm welcome if you're not a local.
