hi chaps please could you help me out again when i make my lug sausage and then hook it on my pennel rig am i supposed to still put bait elastic around to hold in place because when i retrieve ive got no bait on or is it crabs taking it. THANKS ONCE AGAIN

I usually do wrap a few turns of elastic around it to keepit nice and compact.

a little laccy is all you need,if your hooks are coming back with no bait i expect its crabs they should be dormant at this time of year but we haven't had the cold weather to slow them down :(
