**ANBU Co-Leader=420
**ANBU=410
**Hunter Ninjas/Special Jounin=400
**Jounin/Sensei=380
**Chunnin=360
**Missing Ninja=350
**Medical Ninjas=340
**Genin=310
**Academy Student=100

So the Max Health is what you start with. Once People do Jutsus on you....you HAVE to subtract your max health to damage of the jutsu
