QUOTE (Ridley @ Dec 28 2007, 01:33 AM) | Here's more. This is what I want to eat since yesterday. MOO KRA TA XD that's why I made this thread LOL MOO means pork KRA TA means pan But that's just the general name we called it. MOO KRA TA doesn't apply to pork only. There's meat/pork/chicken, marinated (teriyaki sauce + pepper), and fish/bacon/liver too. First you grill them on a pan, then eat those with sauce (alone) or with fried rice. Some people eat MOO KRA TA with a glass of beer too, but I don't. And it's best to eat this with a friend too. Delicious~ =9 |
:waaa: i like to taste it... i want that... hehehe hope i can taste it one day! :please:

lol, if you get a chance to come here then I'll take you there xD
Moo Kra Ta is similar to Yakiniku in a way. Though Yakiniku tasted better, Moo Kra Ta is more spicier.

Well, next ...I still have more to share Riddiee sure likes to eat xDDD Yesterday I got a box of eggs LOL. Salty eggs. I'm not sure you have those too? But usually you eat those with porridge.
You know how they make these salty eggs? =9 There are several methods, but the one I'm going to tell you is the most effective way. Kind of like marinate. First you mix salt water with clay, then cover the eggs with that clay and charcoal dust on the outer most layer. Use duck eggs only! No chicken XDD Then put that in a plastic bag or something, where the clay will get no air contact and not dry. Leave those eggs in there for a week or 2.
But that box I got was more special. The duck eggs used are well selected and so the yolk is VERY sticky, oily and SWEET a lot more than usual. Usually, we will wait till the eggs gets salty enough then eat it (by boiling). But you could fried them BEFORE they get very salty, which taste good also >D

Did someone say cuisine and food? Well if not, you've all made me hungry! For shame!
To be on topic, I love all sorts of delicious food to eat. My preferences include dishes from Italy, Philippines (my ethnicity), Japanese, American (if there was XD), Mexican, and Chinese.
Some of my favorite foods include (never in any order) -- - all kinds of Ramen - ADOBO! (Beef / Pork / Chicken) - LECHON! (Crispy Roasted Pig) - Spaghetti (any or other pasta like the fancy names from Italy) - GELATO (ice cream, any dessert, SHEESH! there's too many) - Pan-Fried Noodles with Beef and Vegetables - Chicken Steak with Garlic Sauce - Chicken Steak with Black Pepper Sauce - Walnut Prawns - Rock Cod Filet with Black Pepper Sauce - Tilapia - Garlic Fried Rice with Chinese Smoked Sausages (Churizo?) - Mapo/bo Tofu - Fried Rice. Haha. - Mechado (This is so good!) It's beef with potatoes and peppers - Chicharon (pork rinds) - Honey Baked Ham. XD - Sushi Sushi Sushi - Chicken/Pork/Beef Barbecue - Crabcake / Crabpuff - Kare-Kare (Beef with Peanut Butter Sauce) - Dinugoan ("Blood Porridge") without the Liver. I hate Liver. - Smoothies! XD
Wth am I doing here? I gotta cook! Or at least try to. Yeah, I'm learning.

We have something similar to that with squid & chicken too. I wanted to eat them, but I can't, I'm too scared ;__;
But squid eggs (not developed) are good~!

:hehe: I use Squid Brand fish sauce. 8D And it said that it was called 'Nam Pla'. Ahahahaha. -dork- Ooh, you know how I like to cok my milkfish/bangus? 8D I like to cook it in the oven. n__n You open up its belly, take out the guts and gills, make cuts into the fish and rub salt and pepper into the cuts. :waaa: Then you bake it in the oven for...I dunno, 20-30 minutes? And then grill it in the oven for a short bit, just to finish it off. =w= Delicious! Eat it with fish sauce and tomatoes!

The Eggy is not meant to be eaten.
