Not Long Now!!!!, anyone else counting down????

I'm driving John mad getting excited about ET2.

All our plans have been finalised train tickets bought, hotel room booked and checked now just to print out all the info that we need and pack my bag (i like to do this well in advance so i don't forget anything:) )

How are everyone else's plans coming on????

i wish they would announce another guest but ill still really enjoy myself,im just so pleased that im there!!!!!!im driving my bf mad ,keep breaking into little screams when i think about it ,he doesnt even ask why im doing it ,he knows its twilight related
my train ticket is booked,hotel,erm ,work in progress as my bf has a couple of friends who live near where we are who said i can stay with them which would be great as it would give me more spending money to spend on twilight!!and im off shopping next week for some new jeans and bits and pieces i need to take with me ,then i will be packing,omg ,not long to go!!!!!!!!!

I haven't planned anything

It's come around so fast, I have yet to confirm transport to get there and I haven't got any outfits for the evenings. Verity, have you got anything to dress up in for the themes? Last time we didn't stay long and I just wondered whether to make the effort or not, I can't really afford to spend loads right now anyway I have bits and pieces that I could make work.

I'm finding it hard to be mega excited, with the lack of guests. But it'll be nice to get away.

yeah the lack of guests is a little dissapointing after so many at the first one ,im just hoping more will be confirmed,but i suppose most of the cast are busy filming eclipse so its understandable.

To be honest, I don't see more guests happening, which is so frustrating because it's so understandable and no one is to blame. But £135 is a lot of money for only 3 guests.

I keep looking in case other guests are announced but agreed they are probably all tied up with Eclipse :-(

We're driving up and staying in the Langham hotel (I think) which I really hope is close by as the website says parking is restricted at the Park hotel

We're hoping to sort of dress the part for Fri and Sat evening but won't be around sun evening

yeah its alot to pay for 3 guests,not exactly value for money,and i hear that the uk premier has been cancelled of new moon just having a la premier,so looks like we have lucked out completely,the joys of being a fan in the uk .ill be doing the same ,dressing up friday and saturday then leaving sunday tea time ,still excited though at least ill get to meet some of you guys hopefully.

I hope they get some other guests but i think the hopes of a cullen are just that!

We're staying in the travelodge from friday til Monday. Leaving Durham about 8 am ish. Can't wait bought all my new clothes and hoping to have new books to read on the journey:)

I printed all the stuff i think we need on monday and i've bought my mask. So all i have to do now is pack!! 3 more weeks

yeah ,dissapointing was hoping for a cullen,you guys who got to the first one were so lucky ,you had carlise and emmett and wasnt alice there as well?im still excited though,ill just go on a spending frenzy when im there to get over the dissapointing guest list all thats left for me to do now is pack then im all sorted!!

Alice was there! I'm not feeling enthusiastic about this one being as good as the first. Billy Burke has been cancelled with sucks big time, although Chaske Spencer has been announced. I don't wanna spend too much when I'm actually there either, gah, and I haven't sorted anything out.

WHAT!?!?!?!?! Billy has been cancelled?! I know he wasn't like a major draw to the convention but HOW can he have a busy schedule, he is only Bella's dad. Its not like he is one on the main characters, yes I know his character gets more as the films progress....but really THAT much more he has to pull out of it!

I just hope Chaske will be a good replacement.

No I haven't thought about the parties at all or what to wear. I lack funds to go out and purchase any thing for them so I will just be raiding my wardrobe and making do with what I have.

im a little dissapointed by the news billy burke has cancelled,i was hoping for more being confirmed,not confirmed guests cancelling ,was looking forward to meeting bellas dad ,hope the third convention will have more otherwise people are just going to stop going ,and im going all out for the fancy dress nights at convention (ill use any excuse to dress up,love letting my imagination go daft)but only because i seem to go to alot of fancy dress parties and iv accumulated allsorts from pirates to gothic fairy outfits and last year i went to a masquerade ball so that outfit will work out well for convention ive brought a couple of things to bring with me but not loads as i wanted to save as much as i could to bring with me ,im getting engaged on halloween so iv been busy preparing my twilight engagement party so my spending on stuff for convention has been minimal .

Another guest has been announced. They have got Tyler Houseman who plays Quil in the movies.

Lets hope they announce another guest soon as well
