Garbage Clean-Up.

"Aww, weak..." Kamatari sighed as he was informed of his first mission. He was to clean the Konoha's town square. He was, of cource, going to be accompanying him.
"I've done more exiting things with my belly button." He whined, "Hiro-sensei, when are we going to do something worthwhile?"
He was well aware that even D ranked missions played a big importance, but the most popular spot in town; and right after a huge festival no less. He glanced out the window, noticing that it wasn't the best day to be outside. A light rain was falling, and on top of that, it was cold. Kamatari let out a loud sigh before rolling his eyes.

OoC:Though this was only supposed to be the form, and not the mission itself, I'll allow the RP to be done here for now. Though, I may have to move and/or copy it to it's proper location of the land of fire.

IC:Hiro looked back over his shoulder to Kamatari, the first genin he was assigned to lead, and teach. "Trust me, I know how you feel. D rank missions are not often very exciting, but they are nessecary to perform. Besides, you need to complete a few of these rank missions before you can move up to rank C."
He grabed a large roll of bags, and a pole with a spike on the end. The standard trash cleaning equipment, he had himself performed a similar mission before. "Come on now, Kamatari. The sooner we get this mission done the sooner we will get paid."

Paid? Kamatari thought, his mood lifted instantly I forgot about that!
"Let's go!" He shouted exitedly, picking up the supplys, and swinging the pole around to put it on his shoulder, but instead, it made a large gash in the wall as the pole fell to the ground.
"Sorry." He exclaimed s he snatched up the pole and looked over at the wall. There was now a large scratch, but besides that, nothing major was broken.

Hiro laughed, Kamatari's energy was begining to remind him of his genin team member. "You might want to be careful with that, you don't want to cause any damage to deduct from your payment."

A small thought ran through the back of his head. Although just to spite me Lady Tsunade may make me pay for the damages he causes since he is now MY responcibility.

"Oh, right!" Kamatari exclaimed, looking around the room for something to repair the wall. His search drew a blank, so he attempted to move a nearby bookshelf to cover the damage. This, also failed.
"Lets go before somebody sees!" He said in a worried tone.

At hearing Kamatari's intention, Hiro grabed him by the back of his shirt and hefted him into the air. Now dangling in front of Hiro, he could not flee using conventional means.
"You don't intend to leave that mark there do you?" He asked, already aware of the answer anyway. "We are ninja of the leaf, not criminals and last I checked destruction of property is a crime." He said this with a smile on his face. He knew Kamatari would be reluctant, but he must be taught some how.
Hiro set Kamatari back down on to his feet. "It's not really a big deal, and won't be unless you try to run away from what you have done. Being a ninja of Konoha, you should be setting a good example to the people of our village, so you are going to either fix it yourself, or pay for it."

Kamatari blinked a few times in shock. It wasn't often he was hoisted into the air
He shook his head and tried to think of ways to fix the wall. The only thing that came to mind was some goop his parents had used to fill the nail hole in drywall, but he didn't have any on him.
"I've got it!" He exclaimed, running over to the desk and scribbling something on a piece of paper. He then took a piece of tape, and stuck the paper to the wall above the scratch.
"There!" He said, stepping back to admire his work. The paper read, Don't be mad at me please! I'll fix it later.
"It... sounded like a better Idea in my head..." Kamatari sighed (stereotypical anime pose- )

Hiro grined, and steped closer to the note and signed his own name to the bottom. "This will do for now. It will be an easy fix once you have the proper equipment."
He then turned around, heading for the door. "Now then, we have a mission to complete so let's get going. It should't prove to be any challenge. It's only trash duty."

"Right!" Kamatari agreed, glad his sensei wasn't going to make him fix the wall right away.
He was just about to charge out the door, but he stopped, and grabbed the pen again. He signed, 'Kamatari's fault!' Then put the pen back on the desk and ran after his sensei.

Hiro watched Kamatari out of the corner of his eye. He grined, I'll make an honorable ninja out of you yet. Maybe Lady Tsunade was right. Maybe I can do this, be a teacher to others.

Kamatari had kept running past Hiro. When he saw that he was too far ahead, he turned around, but kept running (backwards now).
He called out, "Come on, before it starts to poa-" He ran into someone comming out of a side room, and they both fell to the ground. Kamatari, having too much energy as always, sprang to his feet in one odd, but swift, movement. He didn't even look at the person he had knocked over before seeing small drops of blood on the ground.
Oh no! I'm in big trouble now! He thought as panic struck.
"Sorry!" He exclaimed as he whirled around, which, to his surprise, sent splatters of blood flying onto the other person. He thought for a second, then noticed how much pain his nose was in. He put his hand up to his nostrils, and almost instantly, there was blood running down it.

Hiro laid his left hand against the side of his head, scratching through his hair nervously. This kid is so accident prone... He was thinking while continuing towards him and the other man. He bowed to the man, and apologised.
"Please forgive my young pupil here. He can be a bit energetic and impulsive. You are not injured I hope." He added, fully aware Kamatari had done some damage to his nose with the fall.

Kamarari thought for a second. Then offered his hand to help the man up. He withdrew it, because it was covered in blood, and offered the other one with a smile.

The man smirked, and accepted Hoshiomi's offer to aid him to his feet. "It looks like you took the worst of the impact for me too, lad." He said with a laugh. He figured it couldn't be too bad if a young boy was not crying out in pain and anguish.
He then turned to Hiro, who had introduced himself as the boys sensei. "So this young one is your student huh? Where were the two of you heading that he was in such a hurry?"
Hiro rolled his eyes, knowing the answer he was about to give would sound rediculous. "We were... on our way to garbage duty." He said, holding up the pole with the spike on one end in his left hand and the bags in his right. The man raised a single eye brow, and Hiro added, "It will be his first official mission as a shinobi of our village, and he was very excited to complete it... wern't you Hoshiomi?"

Hoshiomi had been poking at his nose with his garbage pole, and jumped to attention when he heard his name. He tried to pick out bits and pieces of Hiro-Sensei's words.

"Yes! We must finish!" He exclaimed after incorrectly piecing together the words.
