Background Information:
Ilyria’s parents are Marcus and Viola Rose. Marcus has been a Professor of Literature for the past 21 years at a local University. Viola has been a High School Literature teacher for the past 13 years. Here parents traveled the world before settling down to start their careers and family. Ilyria is named after the setting of the Shakespeare play Twelfth Night. Ilyria Rose was born and raised in a small town in West Virginia. Her parents are free thinkers and encouraged her to be the same way. They would tell her anything is possible if you just keep your mind open to it. Growing up she was viewed as odd by the other children in her town. She did not blindly follow the masses and is a free spirit. She would bend over backwards to help those in need, but always found herself alone. She participated in group activities and organizations. She was a cheerleader and on the student counsel. She took dance and gymnastics lessons. She even volunteered at the local retirement home and homeless shelter. These activities made her happy and kept her busy, but the people didn’t accept her. The towns people would politely put up with her and then whisper and glare when she left. People in town did not understand her or her parents. As soon as she graduated from High School she packed her bags and headed for San Francisco. She had seen photos of the city in her parents albums and thought it was beautiful. She thought that this would be a great place to start her life, plus it had a good college. She had never been away from home for very long, but her parents told her she was strong enough to make it. With Her parents blessing and support she left to begin her life anew. Two days after arriving in the city Ilyria Rose met a small group of people who taught her about her powers. She felt closest to a young man by the name of Shay. With all the power that the group possessed as a group Ilyria Rose was slain by a member of the Dejustices trying to save the lives of her new friends. After her death she was given a chance to see her grandmother, Mamie, and have a moment to deal with the her death. The Elders visited her and gave her the opportunity to do great things with her afterlife. She was elevated to a Whitelighter who would now be given the chance to help protect others like herself.

Ilyria is a kindhearted and adventurous individual. She is passionate about everything she does. Ilyria believes in hard work and determination. She is outgoing and friendly. She enjoys helping others and meeting new people. She is looking forward to starting her new life and making lots of friends. She spends her time reading, writing poetry and painting. Ilyria’s heart and mind are open to everything there is. This is the first time in her life where she doesn’t feel like she has to hide her true self or feelings. Ilyra Rose's biggest fear in life is being completely and utterly alone.
