Seeings how Billie Jenkins isn't the only NPC that I don't like playing, I thought I would make a list of all the characters open to the public. Of course, there are a few rules, blah blah blah. So here they are.

* At LEAST 500 posts.
* A reference by two members of the site
* Are an active member

If the character already has a backstory, you'll have to be familiar with it, etc. If not, you're free to take it in any direction, as long as it's acceptable and in the character's nature. Here are the characters open to the board's public:

From Charmed:

• Coop
• Mitchell Haines (Witch, Rapid Acceleration)

• Any others, realistically speaking. Meaning, no dead characters, Andy, etc.

From Tru Calling:

• Tru Davies (Good)
• Jack Harper (Evil)

From One Tree Hill:

• Peyton Sawyer (Whitelighter)
• Nathan Scott (Whitelighter)
• Haley James (Whitelighter)
• Lucas Scott (Darklighter)

From Supernatural:

• Any other character, not Sam or Dean Winchester.
