You must follow these rules in order to not be banned from Toonup Points.

Q: What is Toonup Points?
A: Toonup Points is a forum dedicated to those who play Toontown! It's okay if you don't play Toontown. You can still join!
Q: How do I join when I'm new?
A: Next to Welcome, Guest, it says Log in and Register. Click register. If you registered already, click Log in to get back to Toonup Points.
Q: What do I have to be in order to join?
A: Nothing! It's designed for everyone!
Q: What is quote?
A: If you have the same topic as the post you want to reply to, click on quote. This will be easier to let people know you're replying to the person you want to share with.
Q: My post was gone! How could this happen?
A: To keep this site clean, we just need to follow this FAQ. If not, we will delete or report and delete the post you have posted. We will also give you a warning about not doing this again. Do this 2 more times and you'll be banned for the first time. Sorry about this!
Q: Editing? What's that?
A: Editing is a simple action that gets back to the post and make corrections. If you have something to add or to delete, click Edit and you can edit your post.
Q: I'm a member already and I'm logged in but can't post! Is there something wrong with my account?
A: Yes. You have been banned from the forum. 3 warnings and you're banned for 3 days. 3 more and you're banned for 6 days. And 3 more and you can't log in anymore until 3 months!
Q: What happened to the Fast Reply and the Add Reply? It's gone!
A: This is because the topic you are trying to post in is locked. We only allow moderators, managers, and administrators to reply in closed topics.
Q: Do we have permission to reply to people in closed topics?
A: Nope, sorry. Once again, any closed topic will not be replied by the normal members. Advanced members may reply in any kind of closed topic.
Q: Why are there important topics?
A: Just to remind you guys to be careful not to do things bad, We have pinned topics. Before posting, why not try reading the posts in the pinned topics? Also, you can make a pinned topic! Just post your important topic, send us a message and we'll come to pin it! It's that simple!
Q: What are Personal Messages?
A: PMs (Personal Messages for short) is a special type of email that lets you secretly tell anything privacy to that person you want to PM. But it's also like posting! Remember that!
Q: How do I add my signature and my avatar?
A: Click on My Controls and you'll be sent to the Control Panel. Click on Avatar Setting to browse into your document and pick the avatar you want. For the signature, we only allow pictures that are uploaded. Please be reminded to have your signature as 500x300 or lower, not including the words.
Q: How do I make a signature?
A: Every computer comes with an Paint Program. Go to the START button and go to Programs. Then go to Accessories and you'll find Paint. Click on it and you'll be able to make your signature! If you want advanced Painting programs you may find it in the internet!
Q: These Avatar Galleries sucks! Is there anyway to put up an avatar I want that are not in those ugly galleries?
A: Yes. If you go to an avatar place you may find your avatar! Then follow the FAQ at the top on how to put up your signatures and avatars. You may find it there!
Q: Why do some forums require passwords?
A: That means it is a private forum. People who are advanced members can only log into 3 of them. The other one can be unlocked by the advanced members and the test server. We will PM you if you are an test toon. Once the password has been told to the test toons, they can now enter the Test forum.
Q: Are there filters?
A: Yes. We don't allow people to use mean words.
Q: Do you guys allow double posting or more in one time?
A: Sorry, but no. Double-Posting will cause people to look at your posts more and more.
Q: What happened to my signature? It's gone! Someone left a message saying it was tasty!
A: Once again, your signature is supposed to be 500x300 or lower. Being over that size will cause a Cog Spy to eat your signature. If your signature limit was too high, you'll have to size it down.
Q: Can I post links?
A: Yes. You can go to the Link forum and post your link. Be reminded to say to go to your profile and click the link. We will delete the links and say to post it in your homepage thingy.
Q: Is it okay if we post things in the wrong forum?
A: Sorry, but no. This will cause us to moderate by moving your topic to the right place.
Q: Why are people saying to edit my glitch post?
A: This is a mean way of saying it. This usually happens when devs say that. The dev is slightly a mean person who is meant to be angry and edit glitches. Flame wars will happen and we advanced members won't appreciate things like that. If this happens again and you don't know what they want to cause, please PM the advanced members or go to Bigs & Glitches and go to Please Don't Be Rude To People Who Report Glitches for more information about this.
Q: Can we post pictures without putting a word on our post?
A: Yes!
Q: How do I upload images?
A: Below posting is the attachment machine. Click browse and you'll go to your document. Once you have selected the picture you want to post, click the post button. It will be shown!
Q: Can I spam?
A: We certantly do not allow spamming. Spamming is a post with more than one word stick in a string of words. We do not allow these kinds of post. Sorry for the disagreement, but spamming is not allowed in this site.
Q: Is this a G-Rated Site?
A: Yes, it is a G-Rated site. This means we will give out warnings. Please do not post anything about non-G rated things. We will delete the post!
Q: What are advanced members?
A: The advanced members have a higher type of characteristic than you normal members. We have 5 types of special members.
Administrator- Leaders of the forum.
Cog Spy- Person who helps remove too large images.
Management- Person who helped make the site look more better.
Moderator/Super Moderator- Person who moderates(both mod and super mod)
Validating- Personal Message Checker
Q: Are there different normal members?
A: Yes. We have many more different members.
Member- Normal
Banned- Person who has been banned for a series of days.
Guest- Person who hasn't register. Members of this side can still post but they have to insert their name.
Q: Can I get the same type of forum like this?
A: Sorry, but no. We do not allow copying from either the post or the forum. Anyone who has been caught for this will be given a warning.
Q: I want a different language but there's only English! How can I choose another language?
A: We're still working on these languages, so stay tooned!
