Welcome to my forum, THE TOMORROW PEOPLE: HYPERSPACE

Here we can talk about the clasic kids 1970s sci-fi show, The Tomorrow People. I discovered the show on 14th June 2004 (my 14th birthday) and have become obsessesed.

Later on I will be putting up more sections, on other sci-fi shows and hopefully get some decent fun stuff up to...

enjoy the forum...

Hi I'm Kat, I'm from Oklahoma, I'm almost 36 and I remember the Tomorrow People from when they frist aired on Nickelodeon in the very eary 80s.

I've always loved the show & I'm so glad that it's out on DVD now. In fact, I bought a DVD player just so that I could order the TP DVDs.

Stephen was always my fav on the show and still is and I was sorry to see him & Dean Lawerence (Tyso) leave after Mike Holoway joined the show. And it seemed that after Mike joined the story lines kinda went down hill. But maybe that's just me.

Anyway I'm glad to be here and I hope lots more people join. wink.gif

Hello, I was a fan of the original series and completly missed the new one so I'm looking forward to seeing it out on DVD soon.
I managed to collect all the novels which I still own and I had a large collection of Look-Ins which only got thrown out a few years ago-how many people can relate to that happening!!
I think I probably agree with you Kat-trhings didn't seem so good in the last few seasons, which were so brief they were almost non existent anyway!
Talk to you soon

Hello
Michael here

I'm a fan or the original series and Stephen and TIM are my fave characters.

I like the new series too - but don't consider it 'canon'.

I've been wanting to 'catch-up' with other fans for some time and missed out on Jackie’s TP dinner because of ill health - a regret now rendered particularly bitter as I shall never get to meet Phillip Gilbert!

Nice to b here and I look forward to chatting to like minded TP-ites.
