(I'm posting this here instead of the admin thread because...yea...I'm like the only one who ever checks it...) Right, so,like Iw as saying earlier...we need to do a little bit of housework and clean up old and abandoned users. I'll say here the things I said on TWB back when when I helped Twi clean up the site: We need to both clean up and restore the site, becuase both will help. 1.) If no one objects I'm just going to delete the following accounts: Celticgaurd Joey Wheeler HeroMagician lilium~ Hisoka Mozilla the Fire Fox Legato Bluesummers Mokuba Kaiba Thatonegirl Keket Deady KittyMad Red Eyes B. Dragon xXLeannaXx Seto Kaiba Chaos Colossus Eamnor Rika Leanna sunshine Saiyan Dragon Gesperrt x t i n e XO IchiAtasuka Hell Fox Tasuke silver wolf Pyro the Maniac Gin Asuka Sugo hikki_kairi Dimetrix Midnight Dreams Ireth of Dorthonion Kasumi Dark Wolf Tenrai Busan Ranko Hoshino Jaden Yuki krack-rock-steady Nakura Kokichi MrPizdos Pisodov Hyojin Hibiki It's been over a year since any of these members have even shown up at the site and at least logged in if not posted...or have made below 5 posts. I'll wait the same three weeks I'm giving hte people below...if anyone objects they should speak up. This following list are people, who either by logging in within the last year or having more than 200 posts, may potentially return to the site. Yuka Kasumi Rukia Yuna Hiwatari Kyuto Utuhara World Genesis Sickle Snape Yugi_Luva I suggest we take Twilightsown method with this kind of thing...put these users in a "Tenative Deletion" group and send out an e-mail to that group from the Admin CP letting them know that we are trying to "Rebirth" Tokusei and remind them that the site exists. If they don't log in within...err...say 3 weeks, we delete the accounts. Sounds fair..yes? 2.) We need to restore and evolve, not delete, the form activity. The club and games thread is inactive fairly because no one uses it anymore that much. The focus of this site regardless of what anyone says has always been RP...yet...the only active threads have really been the Fox Alliance, Tokusei Cafe, and Perfect Fight On! We should...you know...maybe either get more RPs going or try and shift focus away from it so much to other areas such as games and discussions. 3.) It's a small forum with friends posting. There isn't going to be astronomical activity levels on the forum. That's mainly why Im suggesting we delete the various accounts above. Because right now we have "71" suposed members and maybe 15 or so of those who post every now and then. So yea...that's just what I have to say... Finding and applying new skins and banners is fairly simple...deleting that one section we shouldn't...I'd personally like to keep the old fox Alliance thread around as a momentum for the fun of it...etc...etc... Do what you guys will. Ya never listen to half the sutff I say anyways

Eeeeee! I'm alive! And Back! Holidays, whew. I'll be on more from now on. Just rather busy during the school terms. Heck, I hardly find time to get online at all these days.
Well as Sho said, restore and evolve, not delete. If there's going to be a little revamping going on, I don't think deleting an entire section or thread is a good idea. I recommend just deleting the topics in the thread. There are some pretty good game ideas there with potential, as long as people post. (Eep, can't say much myself ^^;;)
Just looking at it now. It's possibly a good idea to delete those such as Truth or Dare, Tag, Rumors and Dedications seeing as those lack potential to be very 'fun'. Others are quite good game ideas. Providing people post.
As for the club thread. I think we should just change the rules, keep 'Tokusei des les Cafe', and 'The Fox Alliance' since Sho requests it to stay. It would be quite fun to read over now and then anyhow. I also request that 'The Perfect Fight On' stays. Renaming it could be a possibility you guys might wish to look at but I quite enjoy reading through it now and then. The rest, Kaiba Corp Club, Outside of a Forest, with a Plain, Ouran High School Host Club, Elites of the Eight Trigrams, The Jpop Club. They can all go, seeing as no one posts in them.
The duelist section should go, entirely, since no one's really posted there since last year December. If anyone feels the need to start up some dueling thread again, not a problem, as long as it stays active and doesn't just sit there. (Which I doubt will happen.)
I agree with method of emailing those who haven't been on in a long time to confirm with them, wether they wish for their account to be deleted or not. Three weeks sounds a fair time.
Until something new is substantially agreed to, I suggest putting off anything big such as an RP tournament. For something as such to proceed, we need people to be aware of the new changes in Tokusei and post a bit more often. Unless of course, you want the total of about 3 contestants in the tournament. Now that'd be a tad bit lame.
And... yewp. That's all I have to say and suggest for now. Also just to clear things up, once seemingly everone's posted in this topic of suggestions etc, there should be a post to declare exactly what changes will happen and what is and isn't agreed to. Just to make sure everything is clear and nothing misunderstood. Therefore I recommend putting off any changes until it's agreed.
However, if it doesn't do too much and you decide to close down the site or something or rather. I don't mind too much. As I said earlier, I don't find much time to come online as often as I used to.

Eep. Excuse the double posting. It's on a completely separate topic so I decided to put it in a new post.
Okie Kai-Gaki wants new rules. We'll go through all the rules in the forums and edit and add new rules. Kai also seems to want rules in the art and fanfiction sections to note "No Plagiarism" but I think listing such in the general rules should be enough. Here's the general rules I've edited.
Take a look and feel free to add anything or take out anything. I would have posted it in Tokusei Council but I'm not sure if anyone checks it that often.
Tokusei Rules
1. Do not SPAM (Posting stupid, pointless, and annoying messages). We don’t want to have to see and scroll past posts, which communicates nothing to the discussion and serves no purpose.
2. Do not multi-post without good reason. Use the edit button. It’s your friend. Warnings will be given to those who continuously multi-post and ignore the fact they could all clump it into one big post.
3. No kissing up. No one's going to become a moderator or administrator by pleading. We assign these jobs to those who we deem worthy. If we catch anyone pleading to be a moderator or administrator, they'll be asking for a rise in warning levels.
4. Do not post links to anything of inappropriate material. No pornography or hentai etc, please keep this forum at a reasonably PG-13.
5. No sexuality. You can RP and all but please, do not take it to THAT level. There IS a thing called IM and Email. We’d rather you do such things discretely and not flaunt it openly around the forum.
6. Talks of religion and politics are allowed, however we’d prefer no serious debates on these topics. Everyone has different opinions so let’s not make this place a war zone. We hear enough about arguments on these topics through everyday life, we don’t need to log in only to find yet another argument on the same topic.
7. Speak with reasonably proper grammar. We don't want to translate a lot of what you're trying to say. We understand and accept there are those who do not have outstanding English and grammar but do try and recall what you have learnt/been taught to the best of your abilities. Thus, we ask politely if there can be minimal abbreviations and “text language” to avoid confusion.
8. Please avoid overuse of profanity, as it would make you seem unintelligent, especially in one's argument or discussion. It would also make your posts a lot “cleaner” and satisfying to read.
9. No l33t speaking. Like with profanity, it would make you seem unintelligent, especially in one's argument or discussion. It’s also hugely irritating.
10. No serious threats. No solution of any problem includes threatening others, thus, it’s pointless. Keep your temper under control as best as possible. We’re not and do not wish to be responsible for your temper.
11. Want help? No need to be timid, feel free to ask around or track down and question one of the moderators or administrators. If you’re still not feeling confident, you may ask one of the members/moderators/administrators discretely via PM.
12. Be as specific as possible. Put some effort into your posts, (especially in RPs). It’s like writing a book, you want the readers to understand and/or be able to visualize what you’re trying to communicate. It’ll also be rewarding for you and increase you writing/English skills.
13. No plagiarizing others (members etc), unless you have their consent. You may create whatever work you wish but taking someone else's work and classifying it as yours is not tolerated.
